The people in this store deserve more than a 5 star rating, they are truly the most friendliest and helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have taken many of my Christian Louboutin shoes to them over the past few years for heel tip replacement. Recently I popped in to have a belt adjusted and mentioned that the whole heel to a long pair of my Christian Louboutins had snapped and I was so upset that they could not be saved. I was advised to drop them in so they could have a look. Although they were unable to carry out the complete job themselves they used one of their contacts and organised the repair. Once back they replaced the red soles and my boots now look brand new, I couldn't believe how amazing they came back. I also had a second pair that they replaced the red soles on and these too look brand new again. I cannot thank them enough. I wouldn't take my shoes or clothes anywhere else.

I had a new zip put in my daughter?s coat which was done so well and at a reasonable price. Recently I had a watch strap replaced which again was done well. Such friendly service I wouldn?t go anywhere else.

I went in this week to have my suit dry cleaned and 'de dusted' in preparation for a funeral. Spoke to a very friendly chap called James! Amazing service and amazing value. Would highly recommend. He accommodated my hard of hearing issues really well too, which isn't always a given, thank-you so much for that!
They also provided me a spare key for my mobility scooter in super quick time where other shops could not find the right stock to cut it from. Cheers! You have earned a repeat customer.

I brought here my wedding dress for a dry clean. After dry cleaning it was still very dirty and most of the pearls fell of. They still said that I have to pay for it. Terrible
