Really poor service at Wokingham branch today (29th Aug). Waited way too long to be served and only were served after we said we’d been waiting for a while. Staff could not have been less helpful. Ignored for too long, served after others arriving, and customer service once acknowledged was very poor, not bothering to look as to whether shoes I had picked out were in stock, just saying they “probably” weren’t. Will not be returning to purchase my daughter’s shoes.
