This morning I used an automatic car wash that is either broken or hasn't been serviced for a long time. The staff encourages a 30% discount and that's how much your car is washed for. Active foam should be used which is a joke at this car wash. The car leaves not washed thoroughly and the lack of appropriate cleaning agents destroys your paint. Beware of this scam and save your beautiful cars. Waste of money and time.

I was overcharged for my purchases (wrong reduction labels attached) but the young lady (not sure if it's the manager) was very helpful and apologetic. I was swiftly refunded the difference along with a free coffee for the inconvenience.
Excellent customer service that is rare to find nowadays.

**WATCH YOUR CARDS** Stopped for fuel there late 21/01/23. Filled the tank, paid by AMEX. The next day received notification that someone had attempted to add the card to an Apple Pay account. AMEX were cool - cancelled the card, but seeing as the only other charges to the card before that were train fares via machines, it's pretty suspicious. You might wanna check your staff, BP.
