Boots at Wokingham have an excellent team who are customer centric, very approachable. Lovely and extremely patient. Jackie, Brian and all the staff whose names I can't recollect spent considerable time ensuring that the customer is satisfied and I have been going to that store for approximately 40 years no matter where I lived because they are exceptional and exemplary in the manner they treat customers. I called today to make an enquiry on a product I had been struggling to find. I spoke to a lady named Gloria on the boots Wokingham pharmacy line. So accommodating, respectful and patient. She went onto the store floor twice to check for the products while I held the line. Thank you Gloria for the exceptional service today.

Pharmacy is a joke.
Went to collect mine and my son's prescription - sons was delivered to them yesterday morning, mine was today after an emergency appointment but was told needed urgently or I'm at risk of a chest infection turning to pneumonia.
The utterly incompetent woman who spoke to me was almost offended that I had dared to think a prescription would be ready yet. Apparently, this pharmacy now takes TWO to THREE DAYS to make up prescriptions. Yes, you read that correctly. So with weekend closing, I could be waiting until Tuesday for a prescription to be made up.
And don't try to call and check if they've got it, because they don't answer the phone and deny it's rung when you say you could've avoided a wasted journey if they had answered the phones.
There is no signage advising this baffling change to prescriptions and my GP is apparently unaware too. I've never known a pharmacy to add an additional two to three working days for a prescription, you already wait three days for it to filter from the GP, now this.
I'm now looking at hospital because the GP said my chest infection is severe and I needed these antibiotics asap. It took a week just to get the appointment in the first place.
I asked for my prescription but was told no it's been sent there so it now stays there.

Brought the mark hill pick n mix air wrap for my mother's Xmas pressie, it turns out it's faulty. I purchased it on boots online for in store click and collect. Tried to get it replaced as its faulty, they said no and tried to refund me and charge me again but at the full price of £169 rather than the £82.50 I paid. I tried to argue this out with them for over half an hour. The boss was called and he wasn't given the full story, I aksed her to tell him it was faulty several times and she didn't. So he backed her up. I explained to her that on the website it states I can replace in store if faulty. Her answer to this was sometimes the website says these things, but we don't do that here. Come back in and speak to my manager tomorrow. I had driven 45 mins to that store because it was not in stock in my local. I am actually lost for words that I can't replace my faulty product at the price I paid for it!

Small store, difficult to find specific items, but helpful friendly staff. Parking can be difficult unless you can walk a distance. Very few disabled parking bays close by.

Unfortunately, I struggle to give any more stars to this shop. Shelves are very poorly stocked up, with a limited availability of products, the store itself looks old and rundown. So far, the worst Boots I have visited to date.
