I walked in at 830 pm and great to see the lady at the till ( Alyssa) smiling that too near the closing time.
Its definitely a long day for me and probably for her too. Very helpful, cheerful chat with her. Keep up the positive attitude ?

The manager at this Argos is appalling. His customer service is below par. It's my closest Argos but because of him I go elsewhere. I know if I return I maybe arrested. Seems like the rules of Argos don't apply to this store. He makes it up as he goes along. The way he speaks to women too. Never again.

A special thank you to the lady who went above and beyond to sort out my delivery. Thank you so much.

I went in to buy some lego but wasn't too sure what my brother likes. Chuck was super helpful and came up with fantastic ideas. Will definitely be a regular haha

I went into store with a very expensive Philips faulty toothbrush. The young lady who served me was lovely. I wish I?d asked for her name. Hopefully she reads this. Thank you.

Just wanted to buy earphones on my own, I didn't want to be "guided" to the most expensive items when I only wanted to pay £10. The service was questionable as I had to answer the same question over and over only to be told I'm at fault for them getting my order wrong.

Staff happy and helpful to refund an item and suggest alternatives.Don't use the store very often (on account of it being hidden at the back of Sainsburys) but best place to get electrical bits locally.

Amazing customer service off a young lady called Sophie. She went out of the way to ring Amazon to help me get a birthday present redelivered. I struggle with technology & Sophie was a godsend.

I been to Argos Winnersh today in the morning and I had some issues with my order placed online. There were a gentleman and a lady (that I assumed was the manager or so ) who helped me so much to getting all sorted, so I can?t really thank enough!Well done Argos for having a great and nice staff, who is so committed to do their job amazingly well. And once all been solved, I have a very happy daughter with her present :)

Absolutely abhorrent branch Management. Store Manager JEFF is utterly hopeless. How he got the job is beyond any reasons. His knowledge on Argos Special Offers and how to process an incomplete order is simply shocking. He needs to be RE-TRAINED on CUSTOMER SERVICE, PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE and ARGOS ORDER SERVICES. Utterly incompetent. Argos, your Store Manager JEFF at Winnersh branch is bringing DISTEPUTE to your brand value...!

We ordered 3 coffees and 3: tea cakes ... what could go wrong? Queuing was an ordeal and everything made such a palaver. We collected our cutlery it was disgusting and stained ... we rummaged it was all as bad! The table was piled with the last occupants remains! Even the table number we had to display was battered and dirty ... a lady on a table near us went and got her own cleaning stuff ... come on Sainsbury?s it?s a busy cafe get enough staff to make it function.

Food was reasonable, but unfortunately lots of items were unavailable because their fridge had broken down, so the kids couldn't have a warm sandwich. We ordered chicken tikka masala and it was remarkably good.

If you?re reading this I?m probably still waiting for my breakfast. This is a WARNING to anyone thinking ?oh. Let?s just pop into Sainsbury?s cafe? do not go here unless you have a free schedule for at least a few days because that?s how long it takes to fry a couple pieces of bacon and an egg. I first entered the shop I was clean shaven and now I can only describe myself as grizzly Adams doppelgänger. My rumbling stomach has now started to vex other customers. Everybody in here is so angry and so breakfastless that it?s created a bond through hatred of waiting. I don?t know how much longer we have until the starvation finally takes us. We have all started to adapt, yet we are still so very hopeful that one day our breakfast might be underneath our knives and forks. An oil drum has been set alight as a few breakfast-waiters gather round for heat. I?ve started to lose my mind and fear that I?ve lost myself to the breakfasty darkness. If anybody reads this send help to the Winnersh Sainsbury?s cafe. Cremate my breakfastless dead body; I?ll be the corpse without breakfast sat by the fire escape.

with all the local building and road works going on the cafe is really busy every morning ans the queues are ridiculous. It used to be a nice place to have a cuppa and a catch up after the morning shift at work - but now it's a no no!!

I bought a watch at the store today. The assistant did not ask if I'd like to check it. When I got home I found that it was not new ... the protective packaging had been removed
