Food was generally good, but also very overpriced, and there was a mandatory 10% service charge to pay as well. Even a 200ml Coke was £3.95, which is ridiculous. Service was poor - very slow and inattentive. I had the grilled chicken, which was OK but nothing special, and in reality appeared to be rather undercooked. The chips were very nice though. My wife had the Biryani, which was very nice, but not a big portion, despite the big price of £21. Starters were very overpriced - nothing for less than £10. It was just as well that I used the Tastecard, but even after using it I still felt I paid too much. Disappointing.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was both smooth and quick. I had the haddock dish, and I finished my plate in no time?it was cooked to perfection!

On Sunday evening we went to dine at Caprice - Crown Plaza Hotel and overall, it was an enjoyable experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a comfortable atmosphere that made for a relaxing meal.
The menu offered a decent variety of dishes, catering to different tastes. We opted for Indian dishes which were flavourful and tasted fresh. Also the salad was freshly prepared. That said, the Beck?s beers served was not as chilled as expected, which was a bit disappointing for a cold beer. While it was still drinkable, a properly chilled serving would have made the experience more refreshing.
The staff were courteous and specially Nirmal who attended to us was attentive without being overbearing, ensuring that we felt well taken care of throughout our dinner. Thanks Nirmal.
Overall, it?s is a good place to enjoy a nice meal with friends or family.

Had a lovely time at the caprice restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish prepared to perfection. The ambience was warm and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a special evening. What truly stood out was the thoughtful extra touch from you guys. ?a beautifully presented anniversary dessert. It was such a lovely surprise and made our celebration even more memorable. We truly appreciated the gesture and the exceptional service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great dining experience!
