Extremely rude staff, especially the waiters. I?ve been to this Zizzi at Windsor twice, hoping for a better experience, but nothing has changed. The service is consistently poor, with staff showing no manners or basic etiquette. It?s disappointing, as the food is good, but the attitude of the staff completely ruins the experience. Management seriously needs to train their team in customer service.

Robert was the best waiter he really looked after us, such a lovely young man. We were booked under Lynn Daly at Windsor 6.15 this Saturday 4 adults 2 children 1 in a high chair. Really enjoyed our evening ??

I had a wonderful experience at this Italian restaurant! The food was absolutely amazing?fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere was warm and family-friendly, making it a great spot for a relaxed meal with loved ones.
The only downside was that they didn?t have calamari, which I wasn?t informed about until after I had placed my order and the rest of my food was already being prepared. It was a bit disappointing, but overall, the quality of the food and the welcoming ambiance made up for it.
I would still highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back!

I went to Zizzi today. I was with my mum.The staff was really welcoming and cheerful specially Kasia and Audreas. Food was delicious and served was amazing. Loved the positive and clean atmosphere. Highly recommend this Zizzi Windsor ?
