placed a bet in Newquay and was told I could redeem winnings once returned from holiday at a different shop. Apparently person on the phone has said not possible, unless jumping through many hoops and one person who I couldn't quite understand put the phone down on me. Choose another place

Small shop but staff always friendly and welcoming shop is always clean and tidy.Customer toilet continues to be out of order.No covid rules currently in place
