I?m uber driver, I came at waitrose to collect order. The excepted time was 4:25pm. I visited there at 4:10pm, initially, I asked to worker about order that it is ready or not, he replied that it will take 10-15 minutes. I waited until 4:30pm.
I asked again to worker about order, they said I have to wait 5-10 minutes more.
I waited again, time was running but workers weren?t seem serious with work.
Finally, they gave me order at 5:10pm after one hour.
As I asked to worker, he replied rudely, ?that do you wanna order or do you wanna do complaints?.
Time is very precious for everyone, but self respect is much more..
The worker doesn?t know how to deal with uber drivers. We are doing our hardwork too.

You honestly can't really beat Waitrose. I don't go often as I tend to spend too much - their produce always looks, and tastes superb, I buy everything! :)
