Some Wagamama branches are hit and miss, but the Windsor one is a great experience that offers the typical menus. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The portions are generous as usual. Prices are reasonable to what you get, which is a positive.

This was quite bad. We were supposed to be served by a guy called Mo. Not sure he even exists... The The food was bad too. I've had Ramen for the same price in London and it was so much better!

Nice service and delicious food as always, however?
I always order the same main in every single Wagamama and this is the smallest portion of Pad Thai I?ve ever had. It literally half of what i got from the other Wagamamas.
No portion size consistency. Our chili squid had 6 pieces meanwhile our next table seved with 9 of them in a plate which had bigget pieces than ours.
Edamame served with regular kitched salt. It always served with flake salt until we visit this branch of Wagamama.

came here with friends and coming in the atmosphere feels nice and warm ? not nearly as overwhelming as other wagamamas. each table feels a little set apart from the others and i value that tiny bit of privacy. there?s a place to hang your coats too :)
waiters are friendly and efficient, we had no problems ordering. food was good as usual with wagamama, we even got free gyoza with signing up to soul club. vegan options tasty and there is variety which is always great, you know you?re not having to order the same thing every time you visit.
maybe larger sized portions would be nice. but a good restaurant all in all :)

Ordered the steak teriyaki soba, advertised with "prime/premium cut beef", the beef peaces were tougher than my grandpa's old army leather boots, nothing premium about this, also being one of the most expensive items on the menu. I asked the manager why is that beef so tough, and if he is sure of its "premiumnes",could not even bite in to it, he told me this sometimes happens and will ask the cheff for explanation, grabbed my plate an disappeared never to return. I was expecting more from this restaurant chain but I was very disappointed, seems like false advertising to me. Don't say something is premium when is clearly not. This place would use some quality controll.

I went to Wagamamas with my family to celebrate my daughter?s birthday and I could not be more impressed with the excellent service, especially our waitress Vanessa. She really did go above and beyond to make our experience special, from exchanging a meal which my son ordered by accident, to providing a chocolate dessert for my daughter after the meal as a birthday surprise. I would definitely recommend and will be going back many more times.

Kelly was grand & the service was just lovely! Nice to be in a place where everyone?s so helpful & wants you to have a good time! Also, food was lush as usual - very clean bathrooms too!
