I am a 3 customer as everyone knows 3 and Vodafone have merged I wanted help at the Vodafone branch in Windsor Berkshire and was told they couldn't help me with my problem with no real answer to my question, the only thing they came back to me was the Merger had been been confirmed but still are not in any position to help... read full comment

I am standing here from last 40 minutes waiting to be served. 2 members of staff only. One dealing with a customer from one hr with a difficult query. Other also busy with a customer query. Staff is trying there best. Shame about everything else
