Lovely shop but they should train the staff to be more welcoming and at least greeting people when they go to pay.Today I Went to return a bag I bought few days ago the lady with scarf didn?t even say hi. It felt like I was talking to myself and she was just looking at me saying nothing. I didn?t say thank you/ have a good day at the end. she also didn?t get bothered to say anything at all.

It's a good shop for items, but unfortunately last weekend Sat 12 April the till staff member upstairs, lady with scarf on her head on the right till, made me feel like a scammer. I wanted to buy a pair of sandals and pumps. The pumps had a sale sticker on them, but she refused the sale as apparently they're not selling anything with sale stickers. I pointed out that downstairs there are loads of pairs of shoes with sale stickers, and even throughout the store on other items too. She wouldn't believe me, and wouldn't let me buy them. I asked her to ask the manger as I wanted to buy both shoes. I think she
actually pretended to talk to someone with her finger to her ear! And said nope, they're not selling shoes with stickers on them, and put the pumps in a basket behind her. She clearly had issues so agreed to buy just the sandals. She'd actually treated the three older Chinese ladies in front of me weirdly, holding their cash up and giving them looks. They were clearly tourists and we're just buying earrings, we could tell they were feeling very uncomfortable. I won't be going back to this branch.

Terrible experience,today Sunday, 9th feb,
Level -1, firstly security, rude impolite,not helpful,then customer service- I know they young unexperienced, but that's what your job,get more professional, with better attitude staff so people will feel more welcomed and appreciated! Especially by the till point!- no hi,no buy,simple quiet and talkative to colleagues instead ,
So dissatisfied!

The worst experience of Christmas shopping I've ever had. The staff and security just followed me and my partner around the shop that made me so uncomfortable, we even had security stops us and ask to go through are bags. off course nothing was there!!

Extremely disappointed at the customer service at the till, I bought some lipsticks, none of them had a bar code, I waited for about 20 minutes for the team to sort out the price, which is fine, then There was a sauce pan , I dropped the price tag somewhere, but I told them it was £14.99, she spent another 20 minutes to figure out , brought another sauce pan , same brand but different style and higher in price and insisted to buy the one I liked for a higher price , and then in the end bluntly told me that its not her fault that the price tag dropped.

Absolutely horrendous service! Today a friend of mine had his bag stolen that held his passport in and when he tried to talk to the customer service for assistance they acted like he was bothering them and it was not there problem.
