The very lovely gentleman (golf fanatic) who mans the Windsor (underneath Waitrose) store is outstanding. He goes out of his way to be helpful, informative and give such good service why would anyone go elsewhere? A rare treat. Plus - anyone who remembers my name amongst all the other customers is pretty outstanding in my books.

I can highly recommend Timpsons Windsor branch, I use them on a regular basis and they are my go to for shoe repairs, key cutting watch batteries and many other minor repairs. Stefan is always very helpful and efficient and is a great ambassador for the companies values. He is always friendly and helpful and provides a great quality service.

Really friendly, honest cobbler. I have used the Windsor branch of Timpsons for years and like it a lot. The quality of the heel rubber has gone down recently, but the quality of service here has not.

Visited here on Saturday to get two watch batteries changed. Great friendly service as always from the man behind the counter. Very competitive price too. Will definitely use Timpson here again.

Needed a key cut near closing time, called ahead to check still open arrived at 3.55 on the dot and shutters were down? didworth road, Windsor. Hope management see this and start paying you part time hours!

An absolute disaster. Copied the key of my house, used it once and it damaged my lock. Came to the branch to speak and I was disrespected and told that the copied key damaging the lock was an impossible situation (Checked chatGPT and realized I was being played). So basically the person did not want to take any responsibility. After some discussion the person told me pointing at the number to call his superiors if I wanted and gave me 0800 number. The back office staff was more respectful and at the end of the day came and replaced the lock. But the Timpson branch in Windsor should avoided 100%. Iñaki from Windsor Henley House.

I visited the Windsor town centre branch last week to get my favourite shoes repaired. The store associate was very professional, helpful and kind. He was able to fix my shoes within 20 minutes and did a fantastic job. They looked brand new! I wish more people would use this service! Thank you ?
