Veru helpful staff although key didn't work after being cut the staff made sure everything was good and cut new keys again and they worked.

Went to the other Timpsons in Dedworth and it took them a month to get the key in. Then when I went back the guy was not trained enough to cut my key.So decided to go to Timpsons in Waitrose and he was able to do it Instantly. The guy also gave me an extra key for my bother.Thank you so much, great service.

Out for a walk in my lovely Sandals, but OMG the sole got loose, stopped at Timpson at the Waitrose Windsor.Super friendly service and at the end with a big smile when I wanted to pay for the great and quick service of fixing the sole. This is for free have a great day. Really this made my day and I know for sure if I need another repair, key or one of their other great services I know for sure where to go. Pls join me this lovely gesture must be rewarded with lots of more business

The guy on the counter has been cutting keys for my flats for about 2 years or more now and has provided an excellent service, even staying late last week to cut my keys as he was already closed when I arrived. I would have no hesitation in recommending this shop.

Went to fix my watch and place the plastic cover that came off. The staff member, who kept referring to me as â?? mateâ? dusted off the face of the watch, adding an excessive amount of dust into it and then proceeded to seal the cover. Left me with a watch full of dust inside! Removing the cover would damage it. When I addressed him about this he rudely replied â??there was dust in there before mateâ? absolute joke of an employee. I know the name but will avoid mentioning it to avoid him embarrassing himself online.
