I got a few books in their 3 for 6 pound deal today, good selection of books and a very helpful and lovely lady on the till who helped me choose which books and explained the order of the series :)

Staff are so lovely and helpful! I bought a big bunch of helium balloons, and they let me drive round and they brought the balloons to my car in the pouring rain. Thanks again!

i come here every time i am in town. the staff are so lovely and helpful, always talking to me about the mystery bag things i collect that i buy here. the prices are of course amazing too.

Customer service its not very polite,depends on day they moody and not happy,especially lady whos there very often mid aged asian,Otherwise,would give 4 star for kids toys section good prices for quick stop

Went to the Works in Windsor last week. Saw a couple of young girls enter. Both had their faces covered. However the one with a scarf on her head was stopped and asked to leave if she didn't wear a 'proper mask'. The girl with the scarf on her head had a self made face covering her nose and mouth. This young girl and her friend left. I think it's disgusting some people are using the government guidelines to racially abuse people. We live in world where we are accepting such behaviour and hate to grow. It's disgusting. I too wore a self made fabric face covering but wasn't told leave because I wasn't wearing a head scarf.

Very affordable great books, games, office supplies at very good prices. I personally come from Finland where everything is at robbing prices, but from UK bookstores this place caught my eye the moment I came to uk.
