Breakfast was served cold. Which means that you have to eat it quickly. So therefore missing the enjoyment. After a word with a member of staff I was given a full refund. Thank you.

The best steak we had across other JD wetherspoons.
Order medium Rare gave us Juicy medium rare pink hot steak.

It's a Whetherspoons, so you get what you would expect from the food, drinks and atmosphere - however this is the nicest Whetherspoons that I have visited.
Close to Windsor castle and a good option for a bite to eat if you are visiting Windsor.

Environment and view from windows were great. Food? not so much. Bbq sauce and coleslaw given with meal clearly were sat out for a long time. Had a hard layer on the top. Overall not a great meal, compared to other spoons.

Three of us had a great lunch, including beers and cider, for a very reasonable price. Wide selection of menu items, pleasant staff, quick service, and beautiful ornate decor, with Windsor Castle right across the street. Lots of seating on 3 floors. Order at the bar and your food is brought to your numbered table.
Unfortunately, I had to return to the restaurant to retrieve my forgotten backpack. Thankfully, it was safe and sound behind the bar. Much appreciated!

Disappointing service. A large pub over 4 floors but the order on the app service seemed to take forever (20-30 minutes) for drinks to arrive. Also drinks clearly on sale at the bar weren't offered on the app. Could do with better signage for facilities (toilets on the ground floor). Always enjoy a 'spoons' but this was a less than perfect experience.
