The shop is very nice, but the sales assistants are quite rude and out of place. We kindly ask you to change the ways of addressing customers, as they are very ugly.

We were sat under an open drain pipe, when water suddenly came down that pipe and a member of our group was covered in decomposed material from the drain. The staff did little to rectify this issue.

One would think the royals would ensure better care is taken supporting the neighbours so as not allow their store front to look so shabby next to the castle like that.
Rather a shame really, but signs of the changing times.
If the pictures are dated they could at least urge Google to update the images, it's not like they don't have the swing..

Quaint store in Windsor across from Windsor Castle I bought the most precious and gorgeous Harris Tweed purses and brought them back to Canada. Everyone just loves them.

The Edinburgh Woollen Mills have stores everywhere, so the Windsor branch in Windsor is no different... except, the shop is engagingly quaint! It's goods are concealed in cute little nooks and crannies, accessible from different avenues. This makes it delightful and interesting and encourages sales. There is a staircase to a fitting room.

Wanted to exchange an item I'd bought from the Wokingham branch as it turned out to be too big for me so hoped the Windsor store had it as it's a bigger branch. Lovely member of staff could see I looked lost and asked if I needed help. She even helped me look for the item I was after but it wasn't available. Swapped my item for something else and ended up coming out with more than what I intended. A very happy customer. Will definitely be shopping here again.

Beautiful Scottish goods shop in WindsorI went to this shop with my girlfriend during a day out in Windsor. The entrance is located in front of the exit of the city castle near the chapel of San Giorgio. The interior is not very large but the space is optimized to display as many products as possible. The peculiarity of the shop are the Scottish style scarves and hats. You can also find English souvenirs of all kinds: from tea to biscuits through to figurines and magnets. The prices are honest and there are also promotions on multiple purchases.

Best Store in the world to get a memory from Windsor, a Scottish three pieces pattern suit for man and woman, cashmere sweater, english tea cookies and the classic Brit's hats. I got two picnic mats with a warm blanket on top with a Red Scottish pattern and the ladies are lovely.

Wonderful spot to get high quality knit clothing and hats. The prices are on the higher end but it is reflected in the quality of the items. We got some hats and some scarves.

It's really mean to don't let anyone in when it's raining hard with thunder and lightning not even for 5 minutes because you want to close early. Surely they think they can treat their customers terrible because there are new tourists anyway everyday. Not a good way to run a business.
