Really good for all seasons - huge garden in the back is also heated so can sit outside in the winter. Only criticism is when they close the garden the number of people that move inside is too many and it becomes incredibly cramped.

We got forced to down our drinks and kicked out early because ?I have the power to tell you to leave and you are the only people left?. Even though we had been told 30 minutes before that that they were open until 11pm. Then when we left we were told that if we didn?t leave that we were immature

Went on Friday night. Pub is nice, food is good but the barman who served me was incredibly rude. He took my order and made unpleasent comments while I was ordering. He was visibly upset for something and he provided a horrible customer service. I made a comment saying he should change attitude but he ignored me. First time ever in my life.

I can think of some friends who would moan about the lack of real ale. And yes, it would be nice to see this.\\n\\nHowever, what makes a proper pub is more than the beer (there are decent local crafty options though), it is the atmosphere, conviviality, and friendly staff, and the Duke has this. The choice of music, and not too loud and not too quiet is spot on as well.

This pub was so good I had to give a review. Great atmosphere inside with a beautiful massive beer garden out back. Everyone loved their food. Had the shared bbq and all of it was fantastic. Better than a lot of places in US. Highly recommend. Only thing that keeps this from 5 stars is somewhat limited cocktail and wine options. Would absolutely recommend. Friendly servers. Pool table. Darts?

Love this place. The garden is amazing, I love the fairy lights. There only reason it's not a 5 star is the fact we all have to leave the beautiful garden at an early time, and quite aggressively, "YOU HAVE TO LEAVE THIS AREA NOW! GO GO GO" I hate that part. Butthe rest is lovely.

First time going. Good selection of beers and large garden. More of a locals pub as off the main road in amongst housing, so some might feel intimidated if walking at night.

Kenzo (apparently the manager) was very, very rude and the attitude was incredibly unprofessional. Made us feel very uncomfortable and would make comments about us with other customers. When challenged about this we were told we could leave if we don't like it, however we had just ordered many drinks so decided to ignore this rudeness and try to have a good time.All other staff were incredibly nice in general and great service and atmosphere.Such a shame this amazing place has such an awful manager!

Lovely spacious beer garden out the back, very quick bar service. I thought it was a bit odd that you?re not allowed to stand up in certain areas of the beer garden due to neighbour complaints (according to the security guards).

From the outside this pub looks like a bit rundown but the beer garden is spectacular.Walking outside is like going down the rabbit hole in Alice in Wonderland. A small passageway leads into an huge outdoor seating area with outdoor bar. It feels secluded but has a great, lively atmosphere.

Great outdoor garden and unbeatable vibes on a summer day/eve. White men can?t jerk food service is also great. Inside could do with a slight spruce - more of a summer fav than a winter number.

I?m obsessed with this pub! Such good vibes. The inside of the pub is very plain and you would never have guessed that they had this ginormous beer garden outside! So perfect for summer. The food was delicious and I will definitely be going back

This is a really massive pub with great outdoor space (and heating) that has friendly staff and a really nice owner. We were recommended a white wine which just tastes amazing so they know what is good.Lots of different food options but unfortunately did not end up eating there. They also have good prices on drinks and happy hour as well!The outdoor venue is a lot different from indoors which creates this amazing duality of being at two different places. Would definitely come back again for some more food and wine.

Nice beer garden and good selection of reasonably priced ales/lagers. However ... the toilets on my visit were some of the worst I have come across in 25+ years in London. You'd be better of catheterising yourself for the night than visiting the facilities. . Toilets 1/5. Overall 2/5.

They put a shot of REDBULL in my jagerbomb which is standard, but they charged £1.50 for each REDBULL shot which was roughly 25ml , complained to bar staff who agreed it?s a rip off , asked for a manager, sent to another bar, no manager available , asked who I speak too they said owner , they didn?t know who the owner was, apparently Michael something . COME ON MICHAEL , lower the price of the REDBULL, Pint are great and reasonable price, 9 of us eating here and the food is great, service is great considering how busy. Overall great. Would have been 5 star but sadly it?s a 4 for the rip off REDBULL.
