Been body shop fans for years…..
Went to this shop on Thurs, two staff were chitchatting so much had to stop them getting help for my mum they looked pissed. The chubby girl who served me name Maria on my receipt don’t know the products at all, ask her ingredients she couldn’t answer has to google, lack of knowledge...

The girls in the shop are always so helpful. No problem if I'm just browsing, however they're there in the background if you need anything from advice on the products to advising on skin care and make up. Thoroughly recommend, especially the two blond young ladies who always go out of their way.
