Incompetent morning staff members always open late

Rude and lazy staff who are never on the check out. I would get in your car and drive the 5 minutes up the road to the superstore. I remember once upon a time when Tesco had great customer service. The staff here couldn?t care less and by going in the store you?re pretty much bothering them. Avoid.

Could not believe what I witness this morning in Tesco express, a member of staff verbally assaulting a women with her child, also calling her a MAN and very insulting words that I understood in his own language .. he also told her he has saved videos of her on he?s phone and will post them to face book? Is this really aloud members of staff saving photos of customers ? I think the store needs to be looked into as his comments and what he?s said was very alarming .. he?s the short guy with longish hair I have a photo but I don?t want him to post me as I might be saved on his phone.

It would be lovely to see some Burgers choice frozen meats and Stockwell items too, as it's a little expensive, they'd have much better reviews and far more customers if they had lower costs and took a leaf out of Aldi or Tesco superstores book, and maybe get paypoint in too for electric key and gas too, as some still need that, the costs are far too high, some of the staff are wonderful though and very helpful, but customer care and customer feedback is most important here and in all shops and stores. Pls take notice of these things it may improve reviews and get more custom

This store is at the end of my road and I avoid it as much as possible - purely because of the staff.
They are all so miserable and fairly rude. They almost never say, "hello", "please" or "thank-you".
I would rather get in my car and drive anywhere else to do my shopping.
So easy to make this a better experience.

The rudest staff. One person on the til and no one to assist with self checkout. The limited English speaking staff who were stocking the shelves would not move out of the way to get to the shelves to buy products. Absolutely shambles!

I am disgusted with the service here as one worker in particular (Sakeel) has been extremely rude. I go in with my friends every day and we are regular customers. He follows us around the store, glaring at us, staying close behind us and following us through every aisle. He shouts at us and just today did he shout at me as I was looking to buy something "hey you are you going to buy something!" Me and my friends feel violated and humiliated when he yells at us in this disgusting display of customer service!I would like to have some change in the customer service with his attitude in particular.He treats us like we are going to shoplift, which we have no intent to do.

Today I had a Uber Delivery today the guy said he can?t give me the delivery due to his pathetic manger said no to him rude staff only two staff are good rest of them are bunch of idiots don?t have no customers service skills which I would recommend no one go that Tesco don?t order anything from there pathetic manager they have lucky they are getting one star
