Overall this is a good supermarket, if a little busy. Its limited on space due to location so logistically it must be difficult to run due to lack of space vs popularity.
They have a good ratio of regular staff who are friendly, mostly happy, and busy. I've seen a real improvement in the last few years in regards the better stocked shelves, and also fresher food with longer dates. There was a period of poor storage with food not as fresh as I would have wanted. Also due to lack of space I have noticed that they are often stocking up the shelves when the supermarket is also busy which isn't ideal.
In addition, the cleanliness of the store has greatly improved over the last few years.
The chillers/frozen area has been breaking down a lot (perhaps even a year before also?). I've seen both aisles empty due to this, and thus no frozen food (unless you ask a member of staff as its stored in the back). This needs to be sorted.
Finally I recommend keeping the exit clear as much as possible from promotions, such as plants, carpet cleaners etc... The exit behind the checkouts and up until the double doors needs to be cleared. This is from the toilet (as a minimum) until the exit. Nothing should be put in this area to allow folks to get out when its busy.

???????????????? I frequently shop here for Tesco fresh smoothies in a variety of flavours just £1.80/litre. Everything else can be found at this Dedworth branch. There's a big selection of fresh flowers and house plants, fruits, and vegetables and loads of delicatessen and dairy products too. Meat and fish selections are off the shelf, big wine and beer selection. Also a decent frozen food aisle. Lots of personal care items. You won't find makeup or household items here tho there's a few limited offers at the front of the store. Photo booth and Timpsons outside. Plenty of parking.

We loved shopping here when we visited from the USA. Lots of quality products, a great selection of foods, a huge selection of beer, wine, and spirits. The staff was very helpful. Prices were way better than most places we shopped.

I?ve always had a positive experience with the customer service at Tesco; the team is very helpful and friendly. However, the quality of the vegetables and fruit leaves much to be desired. I?ve noticed that some items start to mould even before their expiration date, which is really disappointing. It would be great if the freshness of the produce matched the excellent service.

Most staff are friendly & helpful but the Irish lady on the customer service desk really needs to learn how to speak nicely to customers as this is the second time she has spoken down to me in an angry & arrogant way just because I had to ask for a refund for something I had not even left the store with. She ruined my day & made me wish I'd gone to Aldi instead of Tesco.

Why is there a Yo Sushi here? The food waste must be incredible as the shelves are always stacked and I have never seen anyone even look at it, never a que! BRING BACK THE CHICKEN!

Easy parking only thing is that people park in disabled parking without a blue badge. Staff are friendly.

I find as I often bring other people I wander with them and see " something " I need. Well might need . To be honest . Staff are amazing . Always ready to help .usually remember your name . Sure wish they had a coffee shop I'd move in
