Pre-ordered balloons 2 weeks prior to the date they were needed. Turned up on the day to my order being forgotten about. Rush job then to quickly get them done. Writing on two were not what I had paid for and led to believe they would be like, a real case of false advertising. Sadly two balloons have lasted less than 24hours. Very disappointed customer.

This is a great place to shop for gifts.There are keychains, coasters, calendars and an assortment of other interesting things.The person who assisted me was lovely.

Great little shop to buy gifts and little souvenirs too. My family visited Windsor for the first time and I gifted them a lovely angel bauble from here. They have card, toys, jewellery, ornaments, the Christmas section was decent too.Would recommend for anyone looking to buy small gifts or stocking fillers!

This is the perfect store to find a gift for any occasion. I love that they sell pretty much everything you can think and their prices are very reasonable, especially for a town as expensive as Windsor. Would definitely come back and keep shopping here.
