I visited the Superdry store on Windsor High Street for the second time today, and the treatment I received from the store manager was absolutely unacceptable. I am raising this in this public platform as no customer should endure the level of stress and disrespect that my me and my husband experienced yesterday in your store
I lost my physical receipt and visited your store last week when the store manager declined to initiate return since I didnt have physical receipt. So I contacted super dry customer service and after having back and forth email conversations with super dry customer care who validated my device ID and last 4 digits of card number they sent me an email receipt and mentioned in the email that this receipt can be used to return and initiate refund. Now with this receipt I visited the store again yesterday Despite providing the receipt provided by your own customer service team, the store manager repeatedly insisted and shouted that it was in the wrong format and lacked the required information, refusing to offer any assistance. She also told us to go to the place where I bought the item, which is 85 miles away. Throughout the entire exchange, she kept blaming us for losing the receipt, which only escalated the situation. Her repeated accusations eventually caused us to lose our patience, and we started arguing in frustration. I asked if she could contact customer service or explore any other possible solutions, as this confusion clearly stemmed from your end, not ours. However, she not only refused to help but became increasingly hostile, shouting at us and accusing us of losing the receipt. At some point they even took walkie talkie to call the security.
When I requested to speak with a different manager, as the current one was unapproachable, I was told to wait. After a brief wait, another manager arrived, who was much calmer. She reviewed the receipt and initially asked us to return again on Monday. However, after a short time, after checking the jacket?s tag which was intact as the jacket was never worn and the email receipt she then updated something on the system and initiated the refund.
This entire experience was unnecessarily stressful, and the behavior of the first manager was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I expect this issue will be addressed to prevent any other customers from enduring similar poor treatment.

Okay selection, not enough mirrors throughout the store to check what you?ve wore, a little annoying . Never thought how useful mirrors are in a store. Some brilliant shirts though.

One of the better Superdry stores. Could do with some better variation of clothing, not just hoodies and jackets. All in all though, still some decent gear in here.

Bought a jumper for £60.Wore it twice. The stitching same out on the neck. Took it back. They didn?t want to exchange it.Awful quality followed by bad customer service.

Lovely members of staff! I experienced something very bad with one of my jackets which was superdry's fault and the members of staff in windsor were so kind, they helped me out with no hassle. Thank you to Linda and her team for being so patient and understanding with my situation. I had never experienced anything negative at Windsor Superdry, thank you x
