Worst experience!!!! From past 5 days I?m calling them for ear piercings and they are saying tomorrow you can come,but I don?t know when the tomorrow will come, simple thing if they don?t have piercing employee they can say we are not doing, I didn?t understand why they wasting customers time.. I hope their management will do something for this problem.

Abdu is very rude, my elderly mother was just trying makeup and assumed stuff were testers as everything there is open and already used and he came over and shouted at her. So so rude and it?s so dirty in there. Terrible customer service

It's a shame that the actual shop is open, but the pharmacy is closing early. How are working people supposed to collect their medication? Shame on you.

Absolutely shocking service...I went in with my daughter today to purchase make-up . The lady who was working in cosmetics was sitting on a chair drinking soda and having a fat chat to one of the tellers on their earphones. Not once did she offer any sort of assistance, just sat staring at us while enjoying her chat and tin of soda..we left and did not purchase anything. Easier to shop on Amazon..won't go back...they don't even deserve one star...

??I buy from this store regularly as they have a big skincare range and loads of products I haven't seen in other Windsor stores. There's always plenty of offers, especially buy 1 get 2nd half price and there's a points loyalty card which is handy for extra shopping discounts couple of times a year. Superdrug also stock their own branded products. Customer service is good but I dislike the upsell at the counter when the server starts showing me other products to buy. I also find it awkward when I'm asked to add a charity donation to my bill at POS when I already donate monthly to my chosen charity.

Superdrug was amazing until today when I witnessed a young Asian man (staff member) abusing and shouting at a customer on the till and telling her to go and shop somewhere else,disgraceful and rude.
Hope someone in your head office reads this and takes actions.
Employ staff who actually cares for their customers,I for one won?t be coming back.

Been shopping different stores but staff at this store is very rude, .Young Asian boy talked so laudly on floor to other customers to leave store as it?s almost time to close store, threatening behaviour instead engaged to customer service ,
I agree with others reviews but I don?t think management bother any of customer reviews,I was with my toddler Management should be more aware whats going on trained and train others better!

I would give 2stars for only one friendly lady member of staff there..
Been shopping 3days in a row,served with 3 different members, which every time was just worst..First was mr me I know everything, which leave you speechless, dont want give you even chance to speak, another young Asian boy talked so laudly on floor to other colleagues, laughing during service to his microphone to another colleague, sipping coffee on front of service instead engaged to customer,last one very unhappy, no questions lady,looks like shes doing her job on forced, very sad experience its ot first time,bern going many years now.
Management should be more aware whats going on trained and train others better!

I am a regular customer at my local Superdrug due to its convenience, but I feel increasingly uncomfortable shopping there because of a particular staff member Mike, who I believe is the store manager. His behaviour suggests he thinks he owns the entire Superdrug chain. Every time I visit, he persistently follows me around while I browse, which creates an extremely unsettling experience. I know I?m not alone in feeling this way, as several of my friends have shared similar experiences. It feels as though he is actively searching for a problem, making the atmosphere in the store very uncomfortable. This has reached a point where I now avoid this Superdrug location entirely. I have read other reviews for this store and it seems to be that i am not alone in saying this man is nuts and has been accusing others of stealing.

I went to pick up a prescription at 8:30 am. Someone told me that the pharmacist was 15 minutes late due traffic. Understandable. However, I went for a coffee and came back. They told me I needed to wait another 15 minutes for my prescription to be ready. I ordered this 4 days ago. I am late for work now.

I am utterly appalled and flabbergasted by the mistreatment and disrespect shown by a worker towards me, my friend and her family. We went in initially wanting to buy hair products but were drawn to a lipgloss we?d seen on social media. Accidentally picking the product that was not a tester, a worker continually accused us of stealing, called over other workers and asked us to leave. we came back later with adults and she was still bellowing at us aswell as my friend parents. ashamed. people like this should not be working in this sort of industry.

So rude and unprofessional! The old lady at the counter was arrogant and the manager was also thinking that he owes the place.....I said that I will not shop there again and he replied that this was absolutely fine! He never offered an alternative or a solution,not an apology for the way I was spoken to from the old lady at the counter.......absolute joke.Thank goodness that Boots is just next to them. Go to Boots people and don't waist your time in Superdrug unless you want to be told off for your questions from a cashier ??

Large store, lots of selection including a pharmacy, a tad bit pricey though
