Either closing hours are incorrect, either coffee shop staff chooses when they want to close up to 1 hr before stated closing hours. Quite disappointing

You have to watch the barista how they are going to prepare your drinks, wait for 3 cups of matcha latte with expresso until I get the customised one I want? The second cup looks like just milk and the barista said because they are really busy & the matcha powder are run out of stocks ?? Sigh ! I can?t even imagine what?s going on, but one of the staff ask her to get a new pack matcha powder from the storage room and he remake a new one for me (finally got one that I want as shown in the photo)

Personnel service is totally unprofessional. Some advice for the HR would be to hire more experienced workers. For such a beautiful town of Windsor this shop should be closed . By far the worst I have been.

Reasonable amount of seating available, toilets & the usual selection of food & drink options. Staff were friendly & efficient & drinks were good.

There is an additional £0.05 table usage tax (cleaning fee?)However, the tables and chairs were not clean, the toilets were not clean, and the service attitude was poor.

Out of 3 items got 2 completely wrong! Said the right label on the box totally wrong fopd inside. And wrong drink!

Barista seemed displeased and moody. Just felt like I was an object and wasn?t even greeted or anything like that. Just ?what do you want? ?in our out? didn?t even acknowledge that the card machine was ready and stared at me as if I was an idiot. Very emotionally disconnected, I?ve just had my drink and it has been made incorrectly; it is missing caramel so it just tastes bland. Waste of money and disappointing service

A standard chain of cafe. There is a good amount of seating and a nice selection of food and drinks to choose from. It is also a dog friendly cafe.
