Fast charging not working for weeks

Today I visited this garage to fuel my car using V-Power. The staff were very nice ? they reminded me about my Shell card. I also bought cheese and onion. The person preparing the food is a good man; his name is Venkat. He greeted me kindly, and he cooked everything hygienically. The Shell station is very clean and neat. Used this garage today and it was a bad experience! whilst paying for my fuel I mentioned the premium diesel was faulty to which the assistant was not really bothered with at all then just before I paid he pulled his own phone out in front of me then scanned his own personal shell card for the points without asking me if I had one, I then confronted him and he admitted that it was his shell card and only then did he ask if I had one (clearly shocked that I questioned it) I am obviously not the first customer he has done this too and when I mentioned to his other colleagues asking for a manager to speak to there was none? so maybe they are all in on it? That is so scummy to behave like that and the individual clearly has no morals I won?t be using this garage again and I?ve been going here for 10+years

Used the station for go2gate collection point staff pretty chilled and helpful in confirming that the stop was correct place

Exit view is blocked by shell flags and there is a large dip on the pavement that scrapes the bottom of cars so watch out.

Amazon sent me here to drop off a return package, I found out when I arrived that the box was too large for the facilities there. However, the staff went above and beyond to help me which I appreciated enormously.

The location is very convenient. Their business hours are from 6 am to 11 pm. It is a very comfortable and nice gas station. They also provide charging for charging vehicles. The temporary parking space is also large and sufficient.
