i was in the store a few days ago and they let us in, but the closure time was near, they brought to one room and they locked it and turned the lights off, whe were really scared i almost pissed my pants, i do not recommend this store at all

Hi, customer service, i am writing this letter just let you know that i had twice service from Apple Tech. support - Krish who provided professional and competence caring support on my Macbook also my iphone. there are several issues occurred both on my macbook and iphone. also with yahoo account changed the password, Mr. Krish not only provided the competence and caring support, he took extra miles to help my issue, such as FB passwords change, he also introduced me the Apple yearly support for 79pounds a year, i really appreciate his broad knowledge to help resolving my issues and headaches. make my life easier as i am in the critical points of my life, i could not express how much i appreciated Mr. Krish's professional support. you have a good day. please award to your 1st tier support engineer. Came in to buy an adapter, both staff members are busy with customers (understandable) I stand waiting a good 5-10 minutes before I ripped the adapter of the security stand and chucked £10 at the guy. Incompetent staff need to acknowledge customers and say say ?I?ll be with you sir? learn your trade.
I?ll be back in tomorrow for my change and an apology.

I visited this store yesterday and was delighted with the service I received. The guy who served me was knowledgeable but more importantly was very kind. Not only did he provide the answer to the issue I was having with my daughter?s phone but he also noticed I was using sticks to walk and brought me a stool to sit on while he ran the diagnostics. He explained the options for repair in a clear way so that I could make informed decisions. Thank you.

Do not recommend this shop i contacted apple site and was told my apple care plus covers this replacing charger cables and they booked me in here for my charger to be replaced to get there and to be told they not officially a apple shop then to say you can buy a new one even after telling the woman that i was sent buy the official apple website..so i walked out got home and spoke to a advisor and they didn't get why they didn't replace it and passed me on to someone higher cause he wanted it sorted for me got phone call within 5 min and apple are now sending me a new charger and they are not happy with how this store was and confused why they wouldn't replace my cable just wanted to charge me for new one so yea like other have said STAY WELL CLEAR ALL THEY THINK

I booked a battery service for my iPhone through the official Apple Service app. I arrived early for my appointment and was greeted by two staff members at the front desk. I informed them that I was there for a battery replacement.
One of the staff members took my phone and connected it to the Wi-Fi before initiating a diagnostic test (which I understand is standard procedure). This test checks the overall health of the phone and is conducted via Wi-Fi. During the process, he placed the phone on a docking station.
While the diagnostic test was running, he seemed to focus on the phone?s charging port. I asked if there was an issue, and he mentioned that the phone wasn?t sitting properly on the dock. I responded that the charging port works perfectly fine and has no issues with charging. He then stated that the port required cleaning, removed the phone from the dock, and started walking to the back of the store with it.
At this point, I stopped him and expressed my concern, explaining that I was not comfortable with him taking my unlocked phone to the back due to the personal information stored on it. The second staff member then mumbled, ?If we lock it, is that okay?? This raised further alarms for me, as I had just been told not to touch or turn off the phone while the diagnostic was running. Yet, they seemed fine taking it to the back while it was unlocked.
This made me feel uneasy and distrustful of their actions, as I worried they might cause an issue with the phone and claim it needed further repairs. While I?m not saying this is what would have happened, the situation left me feeling uncomfortable.
When the diagnostic test was finally complete, they informed me that the battery was not in stock despite the fact that I had booked the service in advance.
My advice to anyone considering Apple?s repair services: always use a flagship store. The experience there is vastly different. They respect your privacy and personal data, and they would never take your unlocked phone away from you.

Visited the Apple reseller in Windsor early on a Saturday and had an excellent experience. The store was quiet, and the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They quickly assisted with an iPad diagnostic and provided clear advice and recommendations for my iPhone and MacBook questions. Great service for what I needed, don?t fade them.

After speaking to Apple advisor I came to this place because this place And everything was in the notes of Apple account. The guy had no clue and started giving me justifications for not replacing my device and pushing me to fix it. I went to other Apple place and they replaced my device immediately.
This shop is a waste of time.

Don?t recommend for apple care issues. Upcharge over Apple care prices and don?t offer anywhere near same service. Go to an Apple Store.

We don?t do repairs on Saturday it?s Apples fault you wasted your time not ours
Why are the appointments available surely either you can inform Apple/ change this or you have an agreement with Apple to offer the service
Either or waste of time no empathy and a shrug. See you never.
