Got charged £4.20 for one a3 photocopy and when I checked the receipt they added £2.50 for email/USB, which I didn?t use. When I queried this, they said it was a standard service charge, which wasn?t made clear anywhere. How can you justify that much just for a photocopy. Never again!

Following the long-standing English tradition of being pirates, this establishment charged us (robbed us!) £4.02 for printing four single-sided, black-and-white pages. After telling us to send the files by email, they charged us £2.50 to receive them. We were absolutely stunned.
