Room was beautifully decorated and spotless. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had two breakfasts and an evening meal here, the food is incredible. Whether you are staying here or not, I would definitely recommend coming here for a meal to try the food.Perfect location as well, walking distance into Windsor, directly opposite The Long Walk that is so pretty and takes you straight up to Windsor Castle. Would definitely recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!

Staff was amazing, breakfast was good, location was good, bed was comfortable. I just hate nasty carpet in hotel rooms, and that was the primary reason for my 4 star review. If my room was a little more updated with no nasty carpet, this would have been 5 stars.Walkability: 5 min walk from Windsor CastleFood & drinks: Breakfast was good.

The hotel is in a great location if you want to stay in a quiet place and away from the crowd. The Long Walk is right on the doorstep and Windsor Castle is only 10 minutes away. At the same time, local restaurants are close by. The hotel itself is family run and has a warm and friendly atmosphere. Even though I arrived almost three hours early, they not only let me check in right away, they also upgraded me from a classic to a superior room, at no extra charge. After a long day exploring Windsor, I really appreciated being able to enjoy a long, relaxing bath in stylish surroundings. On top of that, my breakfast was superb; there was a quality a la carte menu served personally by the cook. My smoked salmon and poached egg were cooked to perfection.

Fabulous first impression. Wonderful, friendly staff and very accommodating with my specific requests. The staff are flexible and go out of their way to take care of you ensuring you have the best experience possible. I was lucky to get the King Double room, it was lovely, spacious with cool decor. The full English breakfast was delicious. In general, hotel is very pleasant, clean, modern (yet with character) and I would recommend staying here to anyone. Looking forward to staying here again soon! Thank you

The room I was in had no hot water only cold water tap was working and the sink had a strong stench coming from it I went to reception they gave me another room which they said they had no other rooms available there was only 1 member of staff there on reception he was very helpful with changing the room he said it was a upgrade room fine everything was fine in room the bar was closed never opened till late due to staff wenr to reception next morning to see manager I told the lady at reception about the complaints very no hot water sink was a strong smell coming from it and window would not open the stand in manager said the room was a upgrade no apologies nothing very dissatisfied travelled 240 miles won't be going back staff was good manager had no management skills what so ever very very poor is a understatement its the first time I have ever had a complaint about a hotel to make it was very upsetting for me and my wife to say the least very bad experience

Very nice stay for one night, friendly staff, nice clean comfortable room. Super cooked to order breakfast, the complementary welcome drink a nice touch. Car parking is available but you must book as limited spaces.

Nice hotel. Good food. Great staff. Complementary drinks - nice touch. Room was disappointing, paint flaking off window and fire escape door and two loose tiles above both. Otherwise nice. Excellent location for Windsor sites.

Whenever I?m in uk/Windsor I?ll stay here. The people, like Sara, make you feel very welcome and are always friendly. The hotel is well maintained and attractive. We splurged this time for a junior suite and got room 37 tucked into the top floor and with a huge bathroom under the eves. The bed and bed linen are comfy and the bedroom very spacious. Although it?s double glazed, the flight pattern is often overhead to nearby LHR so you?ll hear jets from 5-11 but thankfully no people noise outside the room (unless the neighbors opposite are loud of course!) but generally this is a very quiet room. We didn?t hear the traffic through the double glazing. It?s a nice easy walk to the castle and the shops but being in a neighborhood is something we preferred. The small gripe about the bathroom would be that you have to remember to move towels from the heater towards the tub or the shower- it would be great if they had a towel rack or stool to use closer to these since streaking wet across the room to grab the towel you forgot is not such fun (!!). A little shelf across the tub would be helpful too to put things on that you may want when bathing (they had one for 15 pounds in the shops ka, , I forget which one though and it would be a great addition). Restaurant on site serves decent food. Also Prince Arthur gastro pub near by is a good place. The breakfast menu is great. A hot veggie or meat offering plus fruit, yoghurt, cereal and beverages. It?s a little gem of a place with wonderful staff, good food, and some decent rooms. I?ve stayed in a small room before the junior suite and whilst both were good, I?d spring for a suite if you can afford to. Big warm hugs to Sara ?

Myself and a friend as part of a birthday trip to Windsor Castle decided to book into The Royal Adelaide and from the moment we arrived we experienced exceptional service from the staff, from the pre booking of my vehicle to accommodate our stay through to our check out. Our room 21 was delightful with a super ensuite. Spotlessly clean with fabulous linen and heavenly pillows. Nothing was too much trouble and our every need was taken care of from accommodating our guests who joined us for dinner, to room service when required. A big shout out to Anastasia who attended to us upon arrival and throughout our stay thank you for your attentive service, also to Sarah who guided us on historical information and most helpful when dinning and a lovely touch offering a courtesy drink at the bar upon arrival. Breakfast was excellent and service the same. We would not hesitate to stay next time we visit Windsor. Thank you and well done to all staff for a fabulous experience Anne and Chris
