Excellent service from a personable young lady that I consulted for advice over hand -held vacuum cleaners in Robert Dyas.
She explained the pros & cons & had considerable knowledge of the products
& answered all my queries with patience .

Bought my items and was asked if I had a loyalty card which I have but couldnt find! This was no problem to the assistant as she went online with my email and found it , she was extremely helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble.

I had an awful time during my visit. I was looking for a particular product and asked a staff member for help, but one of the young female staff members with brown hair was unhelpful, constantly belittled me, and made sarcastic comments for no apparent reason. I understand that I speak slowly, but a little empathy would have been appreciated. Do better

I went in to browse around the sale offers. Bought a Bluetooth speaker for 1/3 of full price. Had a bit of a fumble with getting my loyalty card up on my phone. The young lady at the till was super patient (no other customers queueing fortunately) and added it to my Google Wallet so I won't have that trouble again. Thanks.
