they closed kids section without updating that on their website. I do not like buying from this branch anyway as staff are rude!

Very poor customer service!
It was close to closing time and the staff were pestering us every few minutes reminding us they are closing. My children were with me while I was shopping and they were told to wait outside as they are not buying anything.
Absolutely appalling behaviour by staff. I really felt they were racist the way they were behaving with us. Did not see them speak to other shoppers like that.
Never shopping there again!

I alway shop from river island almost all my cloths are from this brand but unfortunately I had such bad experience from from this branch , the staff are not welcoming the colour people , they are refusing to help ,the way they speak clearly you can understand there is hate their heart ,, they were really rude to my wife and my kids ,I will

I went to this shop with my girlfriend during a day out in Windsor. The restaurant is located along the main street of the town of Windsor, the one that leads directly to the entrance to the castle. At the entrance there is a sales assistant who welcomes all customers and makes herself available for support. The place is large and displays many items of clothing. In the sales season there are very interesting discounts.

i have been to this location multiple times and have had a few problems but nothing significant, but i went with my mother who we are from a foreign country and i speak english better than her, she did not understand something with the payment as it had charged her twice, and when asked, she was answered to by the cashier very rudely, and when the manager came the manager was making rude remarks towards her simply for asking about the payment, and asking us to leave when all we did was ask for an explanation. It was all calm, no shouting or screaming or anything, but i do not recommend as the service has been bad before but i didn?t wanna make a fuss over it, but this is too much! Too racist and rude!

I met Lily in the store she was so helpful despite I came there to return an online order. I change my mind and exchanged it with another item. Though River Island jeans trousers are not to true size. I ordered 10 regular two pairs of trousers one is perfect while the other one is like 12 long.

I wish I could rate them zero , I bought 3 items was unable to go back and return them as my husband didn?t like them I went to Windsor store with my sister and she took them in to return unfortunately my receipt was missing , they?ve been rude and said they can?t do anything without receipt, okay understandable situation i luckly found the original receipt and took the clothes back absolutely disgusting attitude by a guy telling me he is a manager got piercing on his face I can?t remember his name all over literally insulted me and told me he can?t let me even exchange the sizes or offer me a gift card or exchange them with something different? Windsor store staff is horrible horrible horrible this was on 21st /May/2023 around 3 o?clock and then I called high Wycombe store where I purchased these items and they said he is not even the manager total karen !!!!
