Having very curly hair, it?s been hard finding a hairdresser who understands my hair and how to cut itI hadn?t had my hair cut in over two years after all the previous disastersSo after much research I?ve finally found the perfect salon, Ritzy in Windsor - Francesca the owner is very skilled in transforming my frizzy hair into luscious bouncy curls. Booked online, which was cancelled within minutes as staff off 'sick'. Not an issue as this happens, but they were unable to refund via paypal due to an issue on their end and I have had to take time out of my day to send them information on THEIR REQUEST to sort this out. This has not been actioned on and 10 days later I have now had to open a dispute via Paypal. Waste of time. No staff, then close your bookings.

The worst customer experience. The staff started messaging me saying I'm rude and writing long text messages when due to some unforeseen circumstances I wasn't able to attend the appointment. First of all, I dint need to be talked to in that way and secondly due to family emergency I couldn't inform in time. Never again.

Frankie and the team at Ritzys did an incredible job rescuing my hair for my wedding. Before I went in I had blonde highlights on some very coppery/brassy hair but they managed to get it all out and put in some beautiful blonde tones.They also perfectly colour matched me for some extensions which went so well with my new colour.I would hugely recommend them for both the colouring and extensions. Fran made me look a million dollars, friendly, professional and creative I've been to see her twice now and she has since become my favourite hairdresser. She turned my bleached straw like hair into soft glossy shimmering shades of soft chocolate brown. She gives relaxing head massages and makes all clients feel comfortable an all round wonderful experience from ritzys salon. I will definitely be back for more :)

I?m writing this on behalf of my wife, who had her hair done by Ritzy?s for our wedding. My wife showed staff pictures of what she wanted (essentially a vintage up-do), and they styled her hair exactly how she wanted it to be on her wedding day. The staff are knowledgeable and took a lot of time to make sure it was exactly the look she wanted. Clearly customer orientated, and now the only place that she?ll go.Service: Bridal hair

Amazing! Had my hair done today which is naturally very dark and I?d had a balayage elsewhere which was ginger and brassy, I asked for this to be changed to a more ashy blonde and Fran made my hair look exactly like my reference photos I was so pleased!
