Used Just Eat to have food from Prezzo Windsor delivered. The food was cold, which is a risk you take when ordering on the app and I would never put total blame on the restaurant for that, however it was stone cold. We have ordered from restaurants further away and the food has arrived much hotter than this.
The biggest issue though, is that my wife has coeliac disease and MUST have a strict gluten free diet. Prezzo gives gluten free options but when the food was delivered none of it was labelled as such. This means that she couldn?t eat one of her food options as we had no idea which one was gluten free. It also made us question whether the restaurant were careful in ensuring there was no cross contamination with the other food.
We have eaten in Prezzo Windsor before and had a good experience so it?s a huge shame that the standards are not continued with their takeaway option.

Fantastic service, from the moment we entered we were welcomed in the kindest of ways. Our waitress has been a star and tended to all our needs throughout our visit. On top of that we had a voucher for a complimentary bottle of prosseco. By far the best dining experience we had lately

Really lovely evening, food and service excellent. Kindly seated in a quiet part of the restaurant so we were able to chat. No attempt to move us on which was appreciated. Waiter overheard a comment about my husband's birthday. A slice of cake was a lovely gesture . Will certainly return.

Went to Prezzo Windsor for Sunday lunch with our friends and kids, we really enjoyed the food. The service was excellent, we were warm welcomed, our oval table had enough space for 6 and the chairs were comfy. The atmosphere is friendly, food was delicious, we went for desserts and weren't disappointed, kids had chocolate sundae with delicious fresh strawberries.
Special thanks to the staff who served us, everyone was so helpful, polite and friendly.
I would highly recommend Prezzo Windsor, it's a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends.

Had a great experience when I brought my mum here for her birthday meal! Was met by a polite, friendly and smiley server: Alfred!
From start to finish our evening was lovely and this was, for the most part, down to him!
So nice to be served by someone who knows how to smile and seems genuinely happy to be there!
Was helped by the fact the food was delicious!

Well, as fan?s of the Prezzo brand we have seen some fine italian places of them. And all starts and finishes with the service personal. The food is good, no question about that. But they realy need to focus on service. Finaly left even without the desert which should be included in the kids mene.

Very cheerful tall waiter and short waitress ( am I allowed to say that these days) who were both very polite and efficient! Had the houmos?.wow what a twist that was and great calzone?.maybe another couple of minutes more but still good. Overall very impressed thanks

The staff members looked like they wanted to be anywhere else but here - and served like it too. The burrata pinsa was loaded with rocket when the menu stated chives. My husbands Alfredo chicken rigatoni was bland and tasteless. And the orange cheesecake was honestly the worst I've ever had. It was dry, mealey and not at all creamy like cheesecakes should be. £10 for a very weak blood orange margarita was unbelievable. We had a voucher which was lucky, as I'd have been mortified to pay full price.
