I visited on Saturday, October 5th, and was shocked by the terrible service I received from one of the staff member on the till. The individual was rude from the start and had an incredibly bad attitude. When my order was ready, he just left it there without even notifying me. His behavior felt dismissive and, frankly, came across as racist. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience, and I was left feeling disrespected. I expect much better from a business and will not be returning.

Generally has good food. The service is minimal but not in a way that feels like being underserved. The tables are often dirty, but there are enough napkins you can make do. The coffee subscription is reasonably good value if you use it enough (>6-8 times a month).

I come to Pret nearly every day and it is a place like nowhere else.
The staff are some of the most friendly, welcoming people that you will find in a coffee shop and go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your visit.
You are always greeted with a smile and sometimes they even offer me a pastry.
The food is delicious and I am really pleased to see that they have adapted to creating some more vegan and vegetarian options.
The coffee is incredible and has the most natural taste.
Moreover, the atmosphere is like no other and they are so welcoming to children.
This is definitely a company that prioritises the happiness of their staff and their customers.
Overall, I would highly recommend this Pret and would always come here whenever I am in town.
Vegetarian options: A good range of options for both vegans and vegetarians.

Disgusting over priced Christmas sandwich with a tiny amount of turkey and lots of stuffing and cranberry jelly to bulk out the filling! What an absolute rip off at £5.50 each !

This Pret has a nice ambience but I didn?t have a good experience while I was sitting feeding my newborn, a staff member with headphones in was aggressively cleaning close by and I felt pressured to up and leave, he even swept around my feet as I was getting my stuff together. Hugely disrespectful and no apology.

They are always so friendly and attentive it is always a wonderful pick me up in the day.I personally love the coffee too as it?s often strong and well made with care.Keep up the hard work team. I had a fantastic experience at Pret a Manger! The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. I appreciate their commitment to using fresh ingredients and making everything in-house.
