Really quick for collection, really friendly guys working there. I called up and placed my order and they made it into a collection deal without me even having to ask which made it even cheaper! The pizza was exactly what we were hoping for, very delicious!

Very disappointed with waiting time over one hour ! Order came cold and incomplete ( ordered extra 10 x garlic dip been told they been left behind at the counter) worst of all quality of pizzas far from it was before.Very disappointed ?Probably it's time to switch to Domino's !!Absolutely waste of money

Waited for over an hour for delivery - after phoning the store we were told it was because of the traffic despite o my living 10 mins away. We won?t be ordering from here again.

Placed an order online, after 40 mins three confirmation emails had come through but no progress on the stores own website. Called the store, had to repeatedly give the staff member the address, the postcode, name on order. When we tried to give the ooorder I had to listen to a lengthy explanation of why the order number provided in the papa johns confirmation emails weren?t of any use to the store?They refused to discuss a refund, saying that we needed to email the customer services team? only to find that trying to contact them through the website directed you back to contacting the store? shambolic.

Slow delivery when ordering more than two pizzas. No offer of refund for waiting nearly an hour for 6 pizzas. Better off using Dominos or Pizza Hut locally

Papa Johns driver in a red car with ?new driver? sticker in Parsonage Lane nearly hit our car! He was going way over the speed limit on a wrong side of the road in a very narrow street. Completely careless. This person should not have a driving licence!
