Terrible. Sent the wrong pizza and after advising would send out what was ordered within 30 minutes received nothing

The same pizza ordered on two different days.. My first ever order with papa johns i received a beautiful and tasty pizza, right pic, double pepperoni and double chilli. I got so excited. I ordered it again a week after and this is what i received, left picture. Definitely not double and undercooked. Please work on the consistency or i will stop ordering.

Ordered pizzas at 22:30 then was cancelled 2 minutes later due to a problem with order but they have been quite happy to take the money out my bank and have not refunded and also do not answer the phone!! Disgusting as that was the last 30 pound in the bank for dinner and now I am left with no alternative.

Manager Nawaz lied blatantly. Having ordered over the phone I came to collect after 10 to 12 mins as advised and asked for payment knowing the order not ready. He said 3 mins more. I returned in 6 mins and he now said 5 mins more. It was obvious the order was only being done on my arrival but he was dishonest and covering his incompetence. I demanded a refund. Asked for his manager name so that I could complain but he refused to give. Such incompetence gives the Papa Johns franchise a bad name. I will not use this place again.

Good branch, super reliable for collection. If that tracker link they email says it?s ready for collection, every time I walk in it?s waiting and nice and hot. They have always got my order right in 2 years of every now and then ordering. Always the same consistent Papa John?s food. You get some decent deals and prices if you collect yourself.Vegetarian options: I'm vegetarian and I just change toppings in the online ordering to get the veggie pizza I want within the deal

Really quick for collection, really friendly guys working there. I called up and placed my order and they made it into a collection deal without me even having to ask which made it even cheaper! The pizza was exactly what we were hoping for, very delicious!

Very disappointed with waiting time over one hour ! Order came cold and incomplete ( ordered extra 10 x garlic dip been told they been left behind at the counter) worst of all quality of pizzas far from it was before.Very disappointed ?Probably it's time to switch to Domino's !!Absolutely waste of money

Waited for over an hour for delivery - after phoning the store we were told it was because of the traffic despite o my living 10 mins away. We won?t be ordering from here again.
