Ripy was absolutely amazing! She not only served our drinks perfectly but also went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. Her friendliness and positive attitude made us feel so welcome, and she was incredibly helpful throughout. It?s rare to find such great service, and Ripy truly made the visit special. This store is fantastic. Always clean polite service and the cakes to die for. Today this amazing lady Ripy smiling she always does not matter how busy the store is she always friendly to me and to every single customer as I can see throught the line. Wow. Fabulous pastries in this lovely coffee shop. Served by a really friendly helpful lady today called Natalie. She recommended the cinnamon social and it didn?t disappoint. So nice to have someone take the time to help and recommend when the shop was so busy. Really appreciated it.

Overpriced junk, priced like craft, artisan bakery but sells industrial quality stuff. Underbaked cinnamon slice and cross contaminated with other ingredients like chocolate. Sourdough bread is a joke, nothing what it should be. Staff untrained for their roles. Place is a joke. Coffee was alright.

We are regulars, we come here every morning and never are disappointed. Everything is always fresh and tasty, all the staff is lovely especially My Ripy, she?s like a mum, always serves us with a real smile on her face, very kind and knows our orders off by heart ? HER coffees are the best !

Personally the service here was absolutely welcoming and so amazing. I felt so welcomed and heard that my personal needs in dietary were met even though it was a request. Me, a person who cannot eat pork or anything contaminated wanted a tuna sandwich except it had touched the ham sandwich. The next day I came in hopes of more tuna sandwiches in the back but I came to find the ham sandwiches completely isolated from other sandwiches suitable for people with other dietary restrictions. I really appreciated the effort!! Thank you Ripy (she was an absolutely amazing barista!!) and Ali as well who was incredibly attentive. Amazing people on the ole and steen team.
