I rented a suit from Moss Bros in September for my Mothers wedding, impeccable service, friendly staff, material of the suits is nice quality, there are all kinds of deals to what you would like incase you don?t have enough money for the full suit, and the tailors did an excellent job in measurements, typically me being 6?3, finding clothes that fit is a struggle, but it all fit like a glove!Looking for a suit for a special occasion? Was originally going to give a 1 out of 5 star and explain why.My partner and I who are visiting from America for a wedding vow renewal placed our order on April 30th, 2023 on their website. We sent in the measurements and even added extra inches since my partner is 6?4. The date of the event was August 14th, 2023. We did the ?full? package which included the t-shirt, jacket, and trousers. We did not know that shoes were not included but we should have read the fine print. We put a deposit instead of paying full-price right off the bat cause well, you never know.To preface: we were staying in Moxy Slough and had to take a train to Moss Bros in Windsor. We did not have a car and didn?t want to spend more money on taking cabs or Uber.We arrived on Saturday 8/12 to pick up the tux. My partner tried it on and the shirt was short in length as well as the trousers (almost looking like high waters). The jacket fit though thank goodness. When he was trying on the tux there was no air conditioning or air flow in the changing room so it was really warm and muggy and he was sweating after trying his stuff on. However there was AC/air flow by the cash register and in the front of the store. The associate said that they will order larger sizes and ?should be ready by tomorrow or at the latest Monday? which is the day of the event. We also asked if they could rent out shoes and add it to the order which we were willing to pay they said ?no you had to do that in the beginning when you placed your order?. Fine but frustrating. We ended up buying some cheap black dress shoes at TKMaxx.The next day we had tourist plans throughout the day. It was our bad but we should have called them to ask and see if the tux was ready. But we assumed that it would be ready to be picked up and give us a sense of ease and be ready before the event on Monday. So we take the train from Slough to Windsor (15 min train ride) and go to the shop and my partners tux still wasn?t ready. Frustrating because if his tux wasn?t ready by Monday before the event we would be screwed. So if left us feeling anxious during our trip.On Monday (day of the wedding vow renewal) we call the shop as soon as they open. Store associate answers the phone. We ask if my partner?s tux is ready and the guy over the phone puts us on hold for 5 minutes. Comes back and says ?we found a shirt and trousers already in stock at our store but the shipment that we had placed won?t arrive until Tuesday? okay. Useless since that?s the day after the event. Then he says ?he will have to come in and try it on?. So again, we hop on the train to Windsor. And thank god the tux fits. Length for the shirt and trousers fit. Confusing that they said they had ?another shirt and trousers in stock? this whole time in their store. Did they actually have to order a different size or was it there the whole time in-stock and we wasted multiple train trips to get the tuxedo?I think we were slightly hoping for a discount for this whole ordeal because none of it was ready despite placing this order so far in advance. We ended up paying the remaining balance anyway. Plus I was feeling defeated to speak to a manger regarding the experience. I understand the other associates were just doing their job.Some side notes:-there were several other members of my family who rented from Moss Bros and some of them got their tuxedos perfectly fine and they fit.-there were a couple members of my family who had the same ordeal as my partner and I and had to come back each day because the sizing was incorrect and they had to order different sizes.-a cousin of mine rented from Moss Bros in Liverpool and has a completely better experience over there (ex. Better customer service, friendly staff, assisting in putting on clothing) compared to the Windsor location.In summary:I would advise anyone who is attending a destination wedding from different country to just being whatever suit/personal tux and shoes you own. This was a lot of stress and time wasted. Be advised.

We attended 2 other moss Bristol, westfield and watford where the customer service was terrible. Staff had no interest to busy talking to friend (westfield) or trying to sell products that did not fit (watford).We visited Windsor today and oh what a pleasure, very helpful ladies ,clean shop all products immaculate and presented to a very high standard.Thank you, windsor store is really was a pleasure.

Somebody needs to sack the manager of this store immediately (woman in late 50s). I went in there and got what I wanted no issues with the help of one member of staff a dark haired girl (she was doing a fine job). The issue come from who I assume was her manager, very rude and condescending towards me as a customer for absolutely no reason. And even worse to the two other employees in the store, her manner towards them in front of customers was nothing shy of disgraceful and embarrassing.

Made a purchase of a suit for my sons prom. However trouser does not fit correctly and would like to exchange with lower size. They will not allow as do not have receipt. However they will not accept the bank statement as proof of purchase either.

Went in to try on a suit for an upcoming wedding and was told they can't help me without an appointment (I was the only customer in the shop). Staff couldn't tell me why I needed an appointment rather than just trying on now.Have used moss bros in other locations several times and have never needed to make appointments.

Moss Bros product is great. However, the customer service in the Windsor store is far from matching the product standards. When asking for a large size slim jacket two of the staff started giggling. Two younger girls who I have passively dealt with multiple times now are ignorant, seem like they don?t want to be at work, and forget that they deal with customers.We have booked appointments there twice now and made the appointments when abroad in a different time zone. No fault to the store, but Moss Bros has a technical error in that the appointment time is not converted to British time for appointments in the UK. However, even when we showed a confirmation e-mail that showed the booking time at the Windsor store we were told that this was wrong because the Moss Bros system showed a different time. We were initially told to go away and had to debate to allow a single person to be measured.

The quality of the products are excellent and easily a 5/5. However, my concern is with the staff and servicing who were totally inappropriate and unprofessional. Apart from almost making us leave as their system had the incorrect time saved to what we had booked and had proof of with the email confirmation, the real disappointment came when they body shamed one of our group members. This started when the First Lady looked them up and down a laughed at the fact that they wanted a slim fit, although they have all sizes to accommodate this for. The second blow came when the one employee asked another employee to get the jacket size for the individual and the second employee repeated the size in astonishement and laughed completely condescending.This was completely unacceptable and bizarre that this could even happen. Truely disappointed.

We visited last weekend to buy a suit for my hubby for our cousins wedding. Lovely Aisha attended to us. We were a minute into our consultation, trying a suit we liked when we got interrupted by another older lady at the till (not sure if manager) who kept passing comments on what size he should wear when we 100% knew what size. This was a real annoyance as we already had a person looking after us so why intervene. Anyways we moved on to the trial room area to try more suits, 5 min later this lady interrupts again asking Aisha to step away to serve another client. How rude! We were left with another clueless staff member and explained our full story again! Ridiculous behaviour, no customer service, feel sorry for the staff there esp Aisha who clearly was being picked on. We did buy a suit in the end but the entire process was ruined by this one member of staff who needs training or replacement.

Competed the hire process online and everything was as expected. Keith was beyond helpful in making sure I had everything I needed for my event and went above and beyond what was required. Excellent customer service 10/10. Thanks once again.

I booked a morning suit and it was in immaculate condition and beautifully presented. but I felt that the attitude of the staff was less perfect.I went to the Moss brothers store directly from Heathrow after a long flight and felt that my rumpled appearance was treated with some snootiness.

Walked in yesterday afternoon as looking for a formal shirt. Two staff in shop no other customers. Looked around spotted slim fit and tailored fit but no regular fit that I could see. At no stage was I acknowledged or asked if I needed assistance by either of the two who 'worked' there. So I just walked out. Pathetic service.
