Totally ripped me off I order a suit for hire for a week only had it 3 days and then they charged me £188 for the hire and a late fee on me returning it of £20 so total was £208
I could of bought a suit outright for this amount of money.absolutely outrageous.

Amazing service, and amazing suit. Flew in from the US to head to the Royal Ascot for the first time, rented my suit from home and picked it up with ease. Sanjay helped me out tremendously. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a a shirt and tie from Moss Bros Windsor and was greatly welcomed by Khushi. Tremendous customer service answering all my enquiries and guiding me throughout my purchase. I will be sure to shop at this store due to this excellent service as it was my first time at this store!

Ash was soooo helpful! My partner couldn?t have put his entire wedding look together without him. He was so patient but also provided so many options and advice on the look. Made our lives so much easier! We were able to put the whole look together so quickly because of him :)

Shocking customer service. My father ordered a tux jacket for my daughter?s wedding. He received a call to say it was ready for collection. On arrival at the store he was told it was lost!!!! - no other communication, no apology. Then they refunded him, again no communication. He doesn?t need a refund he needs a jacket. Please treat your customers better and find the jacket. He is the grandfather of the bride.

So popped into my local Moss Bros in Windsor High street on Friday 2nd May 2025, I arrived at 17.31, door was open and I walked in, milled around downstairs and heard voices chatting upstairs.
I was met by a very abrupt gentleman who did not say hello, welcome, just looked at me and said we closed at 17.30. I pointed out that the website states it closes at 6pm, and he says we close at 17.30 I have told management about that.
He ushered me out, down the stairs and out the door and as he was closing teh door asked me what did you want to buy anyway.
I found him abrupt and rude and would of expected far better customer service from him. I would expect if you are in the shop he would serve me politely, if he had taken the time to be polite and ask me, all I wanted was a bow tie and it would have taken him less time to serve me than be so abrupt.
I hope that is not how you train your staff @MossBros and this was just a poorly mannered individual.

Recently visited to order a full tuxedo set with everything included, some of it had to be tailored so I was told it would be a few days before it?s ready. This was a Saturday and I was told to come on the next Tuesday and they would contact me when it?s ready. Tuesday came and I hadn?t heard anything, it was a bank holiday weekend in fairness so I gave it a few days extra. Came in on the Friday to be told that the tailor was off for the whole week so it wouldn?t be ready until the next week. I was not communicated with at all about this, also tried to call the store on 5 separate occasions and every time the phone just rang out and went to voicemail. The staff I dealt with didn?t really seem apologetic for the lack of communication and spoke to me as if I should have known the tailor was off. I did eventually get my suit after I had to go into the store to find out if it had arrived because again no one answered the phones or contacted me. The suit ended up fitting well but the customer service and communication from staff was very poor and has put me off dealing with moss bros again in the future.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Popped into store to enquire the price of renting a suit for the royal enclosure at Ascot this year. I wasn?t greeted, the young girl with black hair didn?t even have the decency to look up at me whilst answering my question and when she was told she was rude for pulling faces has the audacity to challenge me and ask how she was rude, clearly inexperienced in the retail industry
Safe to say I will not be spending my money on having a suit tailored here, the customer service presented here is enough to keep me away from any moss bros store

Such disgraceful customer service, they were rude and dismissive to multiple customers. They told an elderly man how to be polite. They need lessons on how to treat customers. From that one interaction, they lost out on us purchasing 6 suits from them. Very disappointed.

Went there to be measured and ordered the whole suit to go back the week of wedding and the suit has come wrong sizing and the wrong coloured pocket square and tie, was told will be in to collect couple days later to yet again wrong ones sent nothing but problems
