I had a very uncomfortable experience. After ordering through the self-service machine and paying with cash at the register, an employee repeatedly interrupted me while I was eating to remind me about a survey on my receipt.
When I finished my meal, they approached again and insisted that I complete the survey immediately. Despite my attempts to say I would do it later, they hovered over me, guided me through the steps, and even monitored my answers on my phone. This was intrusive, made me feel pressured, and completely ruined the experience.
I left as quickly as I could because of how uncomfortable the situation was. I wouldn?t recommend this place if you value a relaxed and respectful dining experience.

I don?t even know where to begin. I have been to this McDonalds 3 or 4 times and all these times i have been treated horribly. The staff have no respect for their customers particularly this one staff member. One time i was with my friend and she was trying to pay for her order but her card wouldn?t work. She decided to cancel her order yet this one staff member refused to cancel it for no reason and he claimed that it was ?not possible? to cancel an order. We had to wait until a member of the public paid for her meal to which the staff member gladly accepted. It was RIDICULOUS! The next time we came to Mcdonald?s, i had 2 friends with me, one of which was the same person who was told she could not cancel the order, and another friend who wanted a McDonald?s meal. However me and my friend had brought food with us to eat. When we sat down, my friend began eating her mcdonald?s meal and we ate our food. Her Mcdonald?s bag was on the table in the middle. As we were eating, we were approached by the same staff member who refused to cancel the order. He said that he?d ?told us before? even though we?d never spoken to him prior to the order situation. I would not be surprised if this was racial profiling. He said that we were finished eating and we?re not welcome to sit even though my friend was still eating HER MCDONALD?S MEAL that she BOUGHT. He came so close to my friend, so much that he scared her into dropping her food. I was left in disbelief at the rude service given. My friend felt as if this was a personal vendetta against her as it was her SECOND time having a bad experience with the SAME staff member. The staff member continued to stare at us till we felt uncomfortable and left. We now feel as if we are not welcome to come into Mcdonald?s anymore which is unfortunate due to us being in Windsor a lot. We have been offered better service in MULTIPLE other stores near by. We will never be coming here again and will recommend that no one else does come here unless they want to be humiliated and disappointed. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously but I am not sure I can trust this establishment again.

Shocking ran by a bunch of rude, and what seems very inexperienced staff! Food waiting on side for over 15mins before I went over and it was stone cold they then also took my order wrong as there was a language barrier. I remember thinking I not been in here for years even though I live in Windsor now I remember why!

Today we were at Meká? in Windsor at about 10 in the morning, it is right next to the castle, a great location, but the service is a bit slow, wait about 15 minutes for a coffee, wrap and hash brown? Like extreme. The prices are classic au, or expensive, but it's the cheapest store around, probably better to go to Five Guys.

We had a great experience at Windsor McDonald?s! The customer service manager, Ali G is amazing. He personally made sure we were all well taken care off and gave my children discount coupons for our next meal. The McPlant burger is a must try if you feel like taking a break from meat diet. Overall, the restaurant is clean, warm, welcoming, and serves great food!
