Really bad service by a gentleman on Saturday 27th Jan 2025. I didn’t get his name. However we have never experienced service like it before, rude and very unhelpful. very unpleasant service, the gentleman made faces and waved his hands when I said I didn't need his help because I knew what I wanted??? it was in Windsor today
