I'm quite fussy and have had so many bad experiences in Windsor, so I went in with no expectations or appoiment, but the owner treated me very sweetly and I got my first good haircut in a long time. Will definitely recommend!

Leo is so amazing. Such a beautiful soul inside and out. She very calmly and professionally told me what would look good. Did a thorough consultation. Showed me the products she uses and explained what's new and what's not. What works and what doesn't..she did a patch test and continued to go through the pricing and what's affordable and was not concerned about the money but more about my hair. I loved that. I cannot wait to see my end result when I get my hair done by her. Soon xx.

Happy New Year to all of us who cheerfully struggle on trying to be our best selves and of course, look our best selves.Regarding the latter there is A special treat this year to anyone in the Windsor area who has not yet discovered Leo Mancini. Folks, it?s the best thing to happen to Windsor for us wanna-look-our-best?ies and those of us fighting to battle away the years AND its on our doorstep. I?ve been going there for over a year now but often when I find a new diamond I wait for it to lose its sparkle and go dull or worse, turn into a bit of glass. A bit like partners really! So that?s why I?m only voicing my opinion now. People, this diamond has remained inclusion free, it?s in a great setting, gives pleasure every time someone spots its sparkle. Honestly, it?s changed my hair and face for life. What is it they say, diamonds are forever. They cost a lot but heh! We?re worth it . And you definitely come out with a sparkle!!Don?t be put off by the price, you get what you pay for and you?ve saved the fares and the time you waste travelling up to London to get your extensions done or your Botox, your fillers or even a blow dry. Honestly a decent one of those is hard to find in Windsor. By the time you factor all of that in, Leo Mancini is the best you can get. It?s on your doorstep, reliable, convenient and a real treat.Spoil yourself for the new year. You won?t regret it.At worst you will have a great new look, at best you will have a regular one stop hair / beauty salon to visit on your doorstep with an enchanting sexy Argentinian owner called ???? Sandra was my hairdressers today. And I can't praise her enough. She did her job beyond great. We discussed what to do with my hair and she made sure I agreed with every step. Explained to me what she gonna do and why. Her amazing personality was just a bonus. Sandra really knows what she's doing. I didn't went to hairdressers for 8 years due to bad past experience. She bringed back my trust to that profession. On the end of appointment I felt like crying from happiness.

I?ve been acouple times - both for myself and my toddler?s first hair cut last year! Recently I had a party to go to and in need of blow dry. Lovely Sandra gave my hair volume, bounce and shine! I was a little apprehensive about using a salon I?ve not been to before as I have very long hair. Leo and her team were just fab! Wow! Truly an experience like no other salon i have ever been to, from the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out. I was treated with such royalty was given a rich hand cream (made my hands feel soft like silk, oil scented aroma (wow wow wow so amazing). had a good laugh with the team they was so welcoming.
