I only can give a 5* rate, starting from the lady at the reception, next it was Ana the technician I saw, very professional and caring and for last, the gentleman who finalised my appointment helping me with the choice of the frames and the measures of my lenses, a very nice person

I'd like to place on record the excellent service that I was given by Ewan at Leightons Windsor. I use a somewhat unusual prescription that is only available from a very few lens manufacturers. Unfortunately, the lens manufacture were late delivering - and even then didn't supply the correct coating etc etc. Throughout this - Ewan did everything possible to expedite and to assist me - even giving me a pair of frames to tide me over until my correct lenses were delivered. Unbelievable service - I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I am diabetic and had booked in for a free eye test on NHS.My appointment was on time and I was seen immediately without having to wait.The optometrist was thorough and polite but did not tell me that she had decided to upgrade my eye test to an "Ultimate Eye Examination".The examination was thorough and helpful but all I had booked for was a simple eye test, so I was then presented with a bill for £59.00.The examination was good but I think that it is unacceptable practice not to ask the patient if they want to upgrade.The selection of frames was very poor and there appeared to be no prices shown on them.Finally, I was not automatically given a copy of my prescription when I left. I am trying to get that now but there is only an answerphone service so have to leave a message and wait.All in all somewhat irritating.

Called into this Windsor store (wearing face mask) to have a quick look at their display of frames, fully intending to make an appointment for further discussion but was treated in a very rude and abrupt manner. Customer service re potential new customers needs improvement.

I have nothing but praise for the attention given to me over a number of years, actually since the premises opened.The staff very friendly, nothing is too much trouble when attending an appointment.The testing and resulting reports are very helpful, especially as I have Glaucoma which has damaged my sight in one eye.The excellent attention to care continues with a smile.Thank you

Exceptional care and service again today at the Thatcham branch. I?ve had glasses since I was a toddler and contact lenses since I was 13 years old and I have never felt so looked after as I have at Leightons. My children have all had eye tests and again I could not fault how friendly and kind the staff were. Would definitely recommend.
