Food was and always is delicious. Quite often I have been served by Jack and he is absolutely brilliant, fast, polite, and completely professional. He is a true representation of Leaf and makes it a pleasure to come here! Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful experience here today. We came for an Afternoon Tea for my sisters birthday. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. The finger sandwiches were a good selection, the scones light and fluffy and the mini sweets delicious. There was a big range of teas to choose from and it was all served so beautifully on a lovely crown tier cake stand.(I loved the tea pot so much and want one at home!) They made it extra special for my sister when they brought out a chocolate brownie and candle for her birthday which was unexpected and a lovely touch. I'm already showing off pictures and recommending to friends.

Had a delicious dinner in the bar. Great food, enjoyed the Shepherd's Pie and Baked Alaska in particular. The salads looked good too. Service was pleasant and friendly, if maybe slightly too relaxed in when the food/drinks arrived.

I went to Leaf with my boyfriend and his parents for the festive afternoon tea as a special treat on the last day of the year. The range of food (sandwiches, scones, sweet treats) and teas provided a good choice for all tastes with multiple invites to refresh/refill the teapots from the warm and friendly staff. The service from reception to the servers was warm, welcoming and attentive, including an immediate refill of the champagne glass which was accidentally knocked over by one of our party. (Minor negative was that the table was really too small to accommodate the pretty but rather bulky cake stands). Overall we felt like we?d had the lovely treat that we hoped for, made so by the excellent service in a decadent but unpretentious setting.

We meet friends here for afternoon tea the week before Christmas. The room was nice, we were seated by a fire and the atmosphere was pleasant. The afternoon tea was decent but too many sweets, not enough savory for my taste. The champagne was decently priced but the service was a bit inattentive. The severs were watching over two rooms and it definitely felt like the other room as getting all their attention, the first time in my life I've ever had to hunt the waitress down to order another bottle of champagne! Decent but I doubt we'd return.

We went for afternoon tea as a present for my mums birthday. The food was nice but the service wasn?t great, nobody checked on us and we were sat there for hours. We had to ask for coffees/teas which were included.

Went for afternoon tea. Great location, nice atmosphere, very helpful staff. Only criticism would be more sandwiches less cakes.

We were on a Virgin Experience deal to Windsor Castle with afternoon Tea. It was very good - good choice of sandwiches and sweet pastries. Lovely surroundings, and friendly staff - they had been very busy and we came within our time slot but at a later end of the service.

Poor customer service. Offered water but no water arrived. Ordered coffee and it took ages to arrive. Served savoury and sweets but only one plate and one set of cutlery. I had to get up and find a member of staff for help as no one checked in on us. Had to find someone to try to pay the bill as we were waiting for ages. Having said all this the afternoon tea was very nice, I would have had another pot of tea if anyone had bothered to ask! I got fed up trying to find a staff member

Family Xmas afternoon tea. Can't fault the service or the atmosphere. The room was beautifully decorated and staff were friendly and attentive, but, not intrusive. We had an amazing afternoon tea and there were plenty of cakes that we even took some home with us. Will definitely visit again in the new year.

We stayed at The Castle and took advantage of their Sunday night deal, so we had dinner and breakfast in Leaf. Dinner was fab, good menu selection and the food was delicious. Breakfast is buffet style with some items available for order. Really good selection from yoghurts cereals and pastries through to whatever your preference is for a full English. One of our pet peeves at breakfast is rock hard butter straight from the fridge, not at Leaf. The most delicious butter at room temperature. We return for a festive afternoon tea after checking out and it's one of the best we've ever had. Will definitely return we're in Windsor again.

Really surprised how filling the afternoon tea was and service was great! Lovely atmosphere in a lovely surroundings.
