I would like to leave a super vip review for Lynsey Harwood I had my bday event there and she went out of her way by far by decorating my booth with blow up cake banners and balloons she went over and beyond and the whole service was 10 star forget 5 star! very happy with the way the whole event was dealt with! Made my night special for sure! Big massive thank you to you Lyndsey and the whole team. Will defo recommend anyone to have there birthday there whole vibe was 10/10 much appreciated and see you guys soon after a break peace and blessings.

Very bad customer service, bad experience ,bouncers are awful disrespectful to customers, management hasn?t shown up while dealing with a problem just said called the police. Been treated awful even thought we haven?t done nothing, they have shown disrespect towards us and wouldn?t try to fix anything. Useless management and inability to get things sorted and fixed. This place can?t be visited dont not recommend at all. Staff,bouncers and management are inadequate,unreasonable,bad behaviour.

£8.90 for a double vodka coke, bad music, sticky surfaces, and only about 6 people there by 11pm. Additionally, my friend?s valid ticket got rejected on the door because it ?wasn?t for tonight? even though it said the right date on the ticket. She had to buy another one.

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star but I would put zero star if I could. Repeatedly the security has been awful. The majority of security is prejudice and homophobic evidenced by my gay friend repeatedly being removed and dismissed for lack of reason. The people working there are horrible and I hate to speak of people despicably like this but I have had to leave a review in order to warn others! they kicked my friend out of the club for NO REASON (the first time it was because he had a handbag and was waiting outside the girls (for me). This time god knows what the reason was, chances were he stated an opinion that differed to theirs. The woman would not hear a peep out of me when I tried to explain politely our house keys were in a pocket (in the cloackroom) the woman was disgustingly! rude, dismissive, and hateful. The most unprofessional, venomous behavior I've ever witnessed in all my life to be frank. I will not be returning ever again as I cannot put myself through the stress of it. Be sure to stay in check or they will make your life a living hell just for fun of it it seems! Absolute scum of the earth! I'm sorry.

Labyrinth club has a really good environment. Dj's were actually quite good. However we have experienced the worst cocktails we ever tried in our whole lives. Poor bartenders skills and service. Tequila shots with no lemon (they run out of lemon, really?!), gins and pims with lemonade that pretty sure tasted worse than water of dirty dishes. Stay only with bottled drinks! That's my advice

Epic night for a reunion! We were taken care of from entering to leaving the club with fast and efficient service! Would recommend it for large groups!

Great night out with a large group of 10 the club management and staff looked after us a fantastic night, a genuine party. The music and entertainment were great didn?t take long to get drinks ?, the security team were amazing everyone has to have ID no exceptions. Felt safe all night.

Had a really good time at this club on Saturday night, must say a real big turnaround is going on can?t put my finger on it but door staff seem really friendly. The vibe was good and the music was banging highly recommend for a banging night out

Horrible. Door staff need extensive training when dealing with people with disability. I witnessed a woman refused entrance because the door staff believed her to be drunk! When she tried to explain her situation they laughed at her, mocked her and would not take her seriously. Seems this has happened before if you read the reviews. Hope she takes it further, was so sad to witness this. If she reads this by any chance I would happily give a statement. Disgusting behaviour

Didn't let me in and wouldn't explain why. I was dressed smartly and looked good. Couldn't understand it and staff wouldn't give me a reason other than "just accept it". I'm Asian and was starting to think it was some kind of racism? Idk but it really ruined my night and will never go again, that's for sure. THUMBS DOWN, DO NOT RECOMMEND ?
