Came here for tyre replacements on my Mini - excellent service and picked up issues with my wheel alignment which they had time to fix aswell. Really helpful and if you're someone like me who lacks car expertise then you'll feel safe in their hands. Luke in particular was great ?

Told me I needed to book a specialist technician to find a fault with my breaks. Don't think they even got the tyres off the car to look. Competitor said 90% it's front discs and pads without even looking. Other garages said same. Replaced front pads and discs and problem was solved. Saving me money on a diagnostic with kwik fit who only had time a month later. If he took the tyres off he could have told me the problem and the solution

I had ordered the wrong tyres and a great chap named Danny in the Wycombe branch had rebuilt my order for me very quickly and provided all the information I needed to be reassured of the changes.

After some damage happened to the front drivers side tyre, my car was taken here to have the wheel alignment fixed. Once completed the car began to make an awful noise on the same tyre. I took the car to another garage where it was diagnosed that it had a damaged suspension arm that was not picked up by kwikfit, this should have been checked before any realignment was done. So now I'm out of pocket by £99 and have to pay again for the same realignment to be done once I've had the suspension arm replaced. New garage said kwikfit should have found this and diagnosed it. Will never use them again and wouldn't recommend then to anyone. New garage said they are fixing issues not diagnosed by kwikfit all the time.

Had all of my tyres changed. Process was simple to book online. Staff member called Luke was really accommodating when I needed to change the time of my appointment and also called me to let me know of any cancellations. After the work was done I was given all the relevant information and drove away very happy.

Able to book an appointment at short notice. Greeted immediately on arrival by the manager who was very polite and helpful. Took details of the issue I believed I had, explained possible causes and next steps clearly. Team diagnosed the vehicle exceptionally fast, showing me evidence of the fault and agreed price of rectification before proceeding. Also resolved additional faults I had highlighted but was happy to book in for, in the same appointment, whilst still taking the time to explain the issues I had been having. Centre was clean, tidy and welcoming with a lovely waiting area. Friendly and helpful staff. All round great team and great service - highly recommend.
