We waited a long long time for our food. The place wasn't that busy it just took a while. With that said though, we had the seasoned signature fries for the first time and they were delicious alongside I have vegan burgers.

I only treat myself to KFC every 2 years. Never again. Chicken was dry as came out the warmer! Not impressed as is not a cheap meal! Shame on you

Every time I order from this store they get it wrong! It?s almost become a joke between me and my GF. Last night we ordered a party bucket £41.99 and got a 6 piece Wicked Bucket £25.99. Took 25 minutes to get a refund through Uber, even though we used the KFC app and they wouldn?t even correct the order and redeliver!! It?s not even cheap! Get it right and stop making something that?s supposed to be convenient an absolute chore.

On my last four orders they have got ant least one thing on order wrong (missing items, oddly never adding - funny that!). It?s the lowest form of competent food service to check a ticket against the contents of a bag and in this restaurant it happens all of the time on home delivery orders which is not a coincidences - it?s a scam! For reference I ordered directly through the KFC app, they have no direct customer service so it?s happened by Uber Eats. After spending about 10 minutes on the phone to Uber they can?t get your missing items re-delivered they just refund you for the missing items which defeats the object of ordering a takeaway when you?re hungry. This is presumably funded by their head office so the incentive for the store to ?miss? items off orders is great as the franchise can scam customers and have their ?mistake? corrected by HQ. I won?t be ordering from this toilet or an establishment again

Ordered a delivery through the KFC website, and checked after a while when it hadn't turned up. Found a message saying it was undelivered. Tried calling the branch but no answer (line busy multiple times). Went to the branch and they said the order was sitting out the back. Didn't even look like delivery had been attempted. So have paid well over the odds for delivery only to collect anyway. Complaints system sucks (KFC seem determined to blame Uber /just eat, despite ordering through KFC) so no way to properly complain except here. In a nutshell, don't order anything from KFC if you actually want something to eat

High street style outlet with limited parking and quite slow service. Lots of deliveries being made and nowhere comfortable to wait for food.

I placed an order through Jus Eat and it did not arrive complete. They kept a package of chicken wings, a Pepsi and a corn cob. I called the restaurant and they washed their hands of the matter and I complained to Jus Eat. Bad service, bad food and very unpleasant.

The service was excellent. The lady serving was very polite, and the food was good. The only downside is why the hell do KFC put the seasoning on the fries that you can't remove when ordering on the screens.

It's the tiny one to grab some food. Limited offer unfortunately, I was desperate for some cofee but not in menu. Other wise my usual food was good.
