I had a great shopping experience today at Jo Malone Windsor.Liam, the sales associate that helped me, was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional! The gift I picked was so carefully gift wrapped by his skilful hands, I was very pleased with it.I definitely recommend this store 10/10!

Beautiful store with very friendly lady who managed to find the candle I'd been wanting. Not to busy either and has alot of fragrances and candles to choose from.

Ashley at Jo Malone, Windsor is very welcoming, lovely and knowledgeable. I have been served by her on multiple occasions, from my very first experience buying from the brand where she made it a very enjoyable experience to a recent purchase for Mothers Day. I have always walked out of the store with a smile. Ashley is a credit to the team!

I had an issue with an online order and their customer service told me to go to the nearest store (obviously not great customer service) I went into the Windsor store and Joanne was so so helpful!! I honestly cannot thank her enough, excellent in store service and she was so lovely. next time I will be going to see them. A HUGE THANK YOU. XXX

What a fantastic experience todayI had a voucher to spend from my birthday.Katrina was absolutely fantastic, she spent ages finding me the right scent and gave the most amazing massage. Although the shop got busy, she didn't rush.A great luxury experience.
