Popped in for an ice cream on a Sunday afternoon. Service was superb as was the ice cream. The staff were so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the chocolate.

Love the salted caramel puddles, haven?t bought them in a while though, so not sure if they still sell them.Ice-cream is mid, just normal soft-serve, similar to Mr Whippy but optionally topped with dark chocolate syrup.If they?re really trying to push a product, they?ll occasionally give out free samples.

Quite a selection but other than that for the price paid... Very disappointed. Flavour-wise and the texture is unpleasant. Not buying again.

A friend treated us to this fabulous chocolate but have refused to spend a penny in this branch in Windsor as two staff members haven?t got any courtesy to even greet customers as one comes into the shop.#NoExcuse4NoCustomerService

Nice shop with quality chocolate. Not sure if they have the full product range in shop though. Still easy to spend a lot of money.
