I recently visited the Specsavers branch in Windsor for an eye test and new prescription glasses, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and reassuring. I want to especially thank Ms. Chandra and Ms. Merlyn, who went above and beyond to assist me. They were both incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Ms. Chandra helped guide me through the process with genuine care, making sure all my concerns were addressed. Ms. Merlyn was just as attentive, helping me find the right frames and making sure they fit comfortably and looked great.

The eye test was thorough, and the advice I received felt personalized and honest. I never felt rushed at any point, and the team made sure I was fully happy with my choices. The glasses were ready quickly, and the prescription is perfect — clear vision, no discomfort, and very comfortable to wear all day.

It’s rare to find customer service that feels this personal and thoughtful. I truly appreciate the help from Ms. Chandra and Ms. Merlyn — they made what could’ve been a routine appointment into a really positive and memorable experience.
