Absolutely heartless woman! Online opening times say 10.30am they actually don't open till 11am. I came outside on numerous occasions asked if I could come in, Sav the lady opening up was very rude and abrupt turned me away and said no we open at 11 it was pouring down with rain she did not care she did not smile even when I came in at 11am by myself she said wait she did not care and tell me to come in. Chavvy lady with cigarette fingers employ someone else with compassion and manners never going here aain in a million years. Complete waste of my whole Sunday morning!!!!!

Very pleasant, very quick and efficient, not the best rates offered but worth it for the quality of the interaction.Edited following owner's response to add: Thank you, we will probably do that next time but this transaction was converting back from currency to GBP.

Very friendly staff, Julia was very helpful. Any time I needed any currency I had no problem with getting it. Even when they didn't have it in stock it was sorted fast and staff remembered me when I got back there to get it.

Windsor staff very welcoming and happy staff. They are new staff from when I last came. It?s such a refreshing change as it was miserable and not friendly. I will definitely start coming back to Windsor.
