Can?t rate this store highly enough. ZAIN was my guide and delivered the best, most efficient, most respectful service I think I?ve ever experienced. His 2 colleagues delivered the same to all the other customers who came into the shop. If Zain is typical ee?s recruitment and training people deserve the highest praise too. Better than first rate. WELL DONE.

I went all the way to replace the sim card customer service told me u can replace sim straight away and store manager said u have to wait for 24 hours such a lair I never recommended to go with EE store windsor waste of time

They always promise to offer you a lot, like Good coverage and best internet speed which works well for the first month of your contract and than network keeps dropping down every day, internet speed cut off suddenly, 5G working worst that 4G ..
They promise you unlimited internet and unrestricted internet speed but after a specific useage seems that they restrictioning your internet speed.

Popped in earlier today to sort out a SIM card issue. Whilst there Ryan, who was awesome, took a look at my account and explained that he can give us a much better deal on our BT broadband with zero changes our side. By doing so he was able to add an instant discount on one of the lines on my account, and a future discount on another - saving us at least £50 per month straight away.
Ryan was patient, knowledgable, and definitely had a ?customer first? approach.
In 45 minutes Ryan sorted out the SIM card issue, explained and upgraded our broadband to more than 6 times our current speed, AND we took the opportunity to upgrade one of the lines that we didn?t realise we could upgrade.
Not only have I walked away with my initial issue solved, I?ve walked away with super fast broadband at half the cost of my current plan, and a brand new phone at a fantastic, market leading deal, and future savings guaranteed on my other line.
Ryan is credit to not only the store but the company. He was approachable, friendly, and patient; happy to take the time to answer all of our questions even though he had pretty much covered everything!
We?ve been with EE (and every other name it?s gone by!) since the beginning and I can honestly say this is the best service I?ve received, and the happiest I?ve walked away from one of my many visits to their stores.

The entire team at EE Windsor are incredible. We have just moved from Sydney and setting up our lives over again has proved challenging. We have been to the store a few times to get sims and home internet sorted and each time we have been given the most friendly and attentive service. Thank you to Abdul, Manisha and Zane. They really do go above and beyond for all their customers.
