The toilets are always locked or out of order. This issue needs to be fixed! People shouldnt be getting health issues because you guys don?t want to pay the bill or clean the toilets.

Came in for a morning hot drink with my parents and Adam our server was so lovely, he was super friendly and is extremely respectful. He made our visit so warm and welcoming and actually had nice conversation with us instead of rushing to take our order. Tj was also very attentive and friendly and our drinks came very quickly and beautifully presented. Big thank you to Adam and Tj for making our morning! :)

Even though this is slightly out of town it's my favourite coffee venue in Windsor. Mainly due to the staff and atmosphere. They are clearly happy and this comes across very time I go in. Such a nice place to chill out :)

I recently moved to windsor about 6 months ago and I've always enjoyed my coffee shops but this has to be the best one I've ever been to. Always so friendly and know what you like and listen to what you want. Always smiley and friendly too. I enjoy coming here most days. The coffee is always very nice and it's extremely clean. I recommend to anyone who loves coffee like me and enjoys a coffee shop ???

I buy from this costa frequently because my daughter works near by. I?m kinda getting fed up with the quality of the drinks. I can tell you the last 4 times I?ve been really dissatisfied, drinks to watery no flavour, someone needs to retrain this lot or owner is cutting back on quality over customer satisfaction.
